Olivia Attwood Opens Up About Heartbreak Healing

has shared the way she's dealing with 'hard times' after her turbulent split from husband .

The 'humiliated' reality star, 34, recently said she has 'nothing left' following her split from the footballer, 32, who she accused of 'cheating on her multiple times over ten years'.

The Daily Mail also revealed last month there is no official record of Olivia's marriage to Bradley, with the star choosing not to make it legally binding as she had uncovered 'mistruths'.

While Olivia has thrown herself into work following the split, the star has admitted that the aftermath of her split has taken its toll.

But rather than wallow, the star shared a hilarious post poking fun at her struggles, admitting she's brushed off her woes by 'pole dancing in Freedom.'

Olivia shared a clip of herself on her KISS FM radio show, where she says: 'What's your favourite kind of cardio? You know what mine is? Pole dancing in Freedom.'

The video then cut to a montage of Olivia showing off her wildest dance moves in the iconic London club.

She captioned her post: 'Why don’t people understand I’m going through a hard time.. Me going through a hard time

Olivia's post also included footage from a night out in Freedom in February, when she was snapped leaving the venue with Pete Wicks.

She was spotted kissing Pete, 37, at the Flute Bar in Soho, London earlier in March after she separated from Bradley in January.

Following a work trip to South Korea, Olivia also shared on Tuesday that she was jetting off once again, as she needed to 'make money,' following her split. 

The star shared her travel plans after fans questioned the whereabouts of her beloved dogs Lola and Stitch.

She said: 'Lots of dog concern! They are with my family - in the lap of luxury, 2 acre garden, swimming pool.

'The lot, and will be back with me v soon. But I got to get the bag, because those b*****s have become accustomed to certain lifestyle. Penthouses ain't cheap.'

It comes days after Olivia spoke out about what 'mistruths' are as she claimed Bradley 'lied and cheated' during their relationship, and now she feels like a 'f*****g idiot'.

The television personality also denied trying to trick fans over her fake wedding scandal and confirmed her new romance with Pete.

Olivia wrote: 'I have stood by Brad for the last ten years during which he lied and cheated on me multiple times. The breakdown of our relationship is because of this.

'I was in love with him and the potential I saw in him and wanted always to help him try to be the best version of himself - as I did for 10 years - covering up. Lying to my family and friends. Arranging therapy. Believing the grovelling apologies.

'I of course now feel like a f*****g idiot. (Especially as more things come to the surface) I never wanted to say any of this. I find the whole situation utterly humiliating.'

Olivia went on to speak about the moment she decided to walk away from the relationship, as well as confirming her relationship with ITV is strong following reports the broadcaster was 'furious' over the fake wedding scandal.

She continued: 'This January when I was confronted at the screening of one of my shows by someone reporting to me yet another night he had gone back with a random girl - I decided it was time to finally leave.

'I'm not losing my job, I'm not pulling the wool over anyone's eyes. Yes I'm dating.

'Yes I'm getting up every single day even when I have cried all night to film the shows I love filming, record my podcast, record my radio show, shoot campaigns and somewhere in there TRY to move on.'

Olivia found fame on the 2017 series of dating show Love Island. She was in a relationship with Bradley that year but joined the cast after discovering he was cheating.

After a brief relationship with Chris Hughes on the show, the TV star rekindled her romance with Bradley in 2019.

ITV commissioned Olivia Meets Her Match, which followed the couple, post engagement in 2020 right up until the seemingly real wedding in 2023.

Following the breakdown of her relationship, the television personality found comfort in former TOWIE star Pete.

A friend of the couple said after the pictures emerged of their kiss last week: 'Their passionate romance only started in the last few weeks, since she has split from Bradley, there was no overlap.

'Olivia's close friends know about this new development and are pleased Pete has put a smile back on her face. He has been a shoulder to cry on and there for Olivia during this really tough time.

'She has been in the depths of a really horrible break-up and Pete has helped her through it.'

Meanwhile, it has been reported that Bradley has reunited with his ex-girlfriend, Emily Rose Moloney. The news is said to be unsurprising to Olivia.

A source told the publication: 'After everything Bradley has done, Olivia's friends can't believe he is back with his ex all while he's begging Olivia to take him back.

'So here it is – Olivia was told he had cheated on her, so went through his phone and saw evidence that confirmed it.'

They added that it was Olivia who ultimately ended the relationship, as it was not the first time she had questioned his fidelity.

They continued: 'She was trying to respect their ten-year relationship by staying quiet but her friends are bemused as to how Bradley is the one who caused all this, and Liv was still trying to protect him.'
