Olivia Attwood Opens Up About ADHD and Burnout

has revealed she's been struggling with 'work and life' burnout as she enjoyed a recuperating break with at a countryside hotel.

The presenter, 35, has thrown herself into work in recent months after her split from husband in January, and she began a romance with her longtime friend Pete in March.

But it seems Olivia's busy schedule had taken its toll, as she told her Instagram followers on Wednesday she took some time away after it heightened her symptoms.

She wrote: 'I had to put myself in time out over the weekend, actually my team told me I had to lol. ADHD burn out, life, work stuff, empty cup etc etc.'

The star shared she'd travelled to the Estelle Manor for a cosy weekend away, and fans quickly spotted a sign that Pete had joined her.

Olivia posted a gallery of snaps and videos from her time at the £600-per-night country bolthole, including one of a vintage fireplace.

Pete posted a snap of the same fireplace over the weekend, along with a collection of snaps with pal Sam Thompson, and filming his series For Dogs Sake.

The similarity was quickly spotted by Olivia's followers, with comments including: 'Interesting why you would lie on your stories about being there by yourself when it looks like the same fireplace on Pete's post!'

'I love the subtle you & Pete posting pics of the same fire. I love you two xxx.'

Last week, Pete Wicks was every inch the gentleman as he collected Olivia from Airport after the glitzy brand trip to Miami.

Pete and Olivia were seen , with sources claiming they were in an 'intimate' romance after nearly a decade of friendship. 

After Olivia touched back down in London, Pete picked her up from the airport with a coffee in hand before they headed back to his car after saying farewell to and .

The pair embraced as they reunited following their time apart, with Pete even .

Last week, Pete was teased by his best pal over his romance with Olivia in the newest episode of their podcast, after they attended her 35th birthday party recently.

Pete was seen at Olivia's 35th birthday party in London, with snaps showing the pair in a heated conversation outside the strip club Stringfellows.

However, the pair quickly kissed and made up and were seen in better spirits as they said goodbye to Sam and his girlfriend Talitha Balinska.

During the episode of their Staying Relevant podcast, Sam began discussing the evening, and in a slip of the tongue said they were all joined by their 'other halves'.

In a clip from the episode, an unimpressed Pete shut down the topic, before they moved on to discuss other elements of the party.

Pete began: 'Sam, Pippa and I were at a birthday party,' with Sam quickly noting: 'I love the way you're taking control of this one Pete. Pete was there!'

As Pete noted that they were 'at a birthday party,' Sam jumped in: 'I was there, Pete was there, Pippa was there, it was literally just us and our other halves,' before correcting himself by adding: 'Mine and Pippa's I mean.'

A stony-faced Pete then glared at Sam, leading Sam to awkwardly say: 'No?' before his pal said 'no' in response. 

Following the demise of her marriage to , it has been rumoured that Olivia is dating , and last Sunday the star appeared to show his appreciation for her latest sexy snaps.

Olivia shared a gallery of images from her brand trip to Miami, with Pete taking to the comments section to share a simple black heart emoji to show his appreciation. 

Fans were sent into a frenzy when Pete was seen sharing his romantic statement underneath her latest carousel of racy images.

Olivia and Pete were first spotted after she separated from Bradley in January.

They have since been on a trip to St Tropez together and have continued to spark romance rumours with various meet-ups and flirty displays.
