The former Love Island star, 34, confirmed she had split from Bradley in an emotional statement this month, with reports claiming their marriage ended after the footballer 'crossed a line' and 'breached her trust'.
Since the split, Olivia admitted she has thrown herself into work, documenting her busy day on Wednesday which included a shoot, attending the EE BAFTA Rising Star Party, followed by a late-night spray tan at 11pm.
But Olivia told her followers that while she was hoping to get to bed, she had discovered that her washing machine had broken down.
Posting a snap of the machine at her new home in London, she captioned the post: 'Now this is leaking all over the floor. I'm up at 5am, catch me in a strait jacket soon.'

Olivia's non-stop schedule is only set to continue as she is set to host ITVX's latest cooking competition, The Heat.

The high-glamour shoot comes after Olivia addressed the breakup for the first time on Instagram, admitting she had been 'out of her depth' and insisting all she wants is for Bradley to be 'happy.'
She and Bradley split in January after two years of marriage, amid claims he had 'breached her trust', although the exact reason for their separation has yet to be revealed.

Olivia subsequently unfollowed Bradley on Instagram and was seen without her engagement ring and wedding band, while Bradley has continued to wear his.

On Wednesday, Olivia spoke about her relationship with Bradley during an appearance on Jamie Laing's Great Company podcast.
She spoke candidly about her openness with her fanbase and once again referenced the 'tough' year she and Bradley endured before ultimately deciding to part ways.

Olivia said: 'I can't really bull**** people, I am unfiltered, I am happy to share a lot. I know that a lot of people will relate to the kind of year that Brad and I had.

'You know, like young, married people that have their careers and they're both high pressure and you're doing your thing, it's so easy to become disconnected.
'I think it's some big dirty secret that no one wants to talk about. But when I talked about it, the number of people that messaged me saying that they thought it was just me and my partner, it happens.
'It's no joke, relationships are work, and I don't mean they should be laborious and drain you, but you do have to actively put into them.'

The Loose Woman had been open with her fanbase over the past year about the struggles she faced in her marriage.
She admitted the couple had endured a 'challenging' six months when asked about their relationship in September, shortly after she was pictured looking close to Pete on a boat in Ibiza.
Olivia explained that as her career continued to soar, with recommissions of all her TV shows including Getting Filthy Rich, it took priority in her relationship, and she and Bradley were constantly trying to navigate their busy schedules.

She told the Daily Mail: 'Me and Brad never pretend to have a perfect relationship, we have been up, down, left, backwards, and the last six months have been really challenging for us.

'My work and his work take precedence over everything, we have to navigate our relationship all the time.
'It's the boring side of being an adult in a long term relationship, we constantly have to work at it and that's just the truth. No one else really wants to say that part out loud but it is difficult at times.
'It's great to post a picture on Instagram but we're transparent people and it's not always like that, there are ups and downs, there are things on his side which haven't been great, there's a mix of things.
'I have messed up and done stuff, Brad has messed up. It's really easy to pretend you're perfect but no one is if you just dig a little deeper.'
