She has had two boob jobs, surgery on her lips and under eyes as well as multiple injectables.
In 2019 - the same year she became a regular on The Only Way Is Essex - she spent £2.5k chin and contouring procedures.
Now speaking to Dr Motox on her Olivia's House podcast, she opened up about her own procedures and touched upon why she got some of her work done when she was younger.
She told the medical professional: 'When I had the massive stick on boobs when I was 21, I looked like someone had blown me up.

'Since I've had to work out if I've wanted to do something myself or if I've been influenced.'
She also spoke about some of the more questionable lip filler she had in her early twenties.
Olivia joked: 'You could have stuck me to a window with my old lips!', as the pair explored the topic of the unregulated aesthetics industry in the UK.
Olivia - who has 2.6million followers on Instagram did however point out that she would never want to 'normalise surgery'.
The TV personality said: 'I don't want to normalise surgery as it's not normal and I have a younger audience. It is still surgery, you are being put to sleep.
'But I do always want to look my best. People always message me saying I look so much younger on Love Island and I'm like 'yes because I was 10 years younger!' But I only ever do things that I want to do.'

Speaking previously about her decision to get her breasts enlarged aged just 20, she told The Times: 'I was fixated and it was cheap and quick.
'These bloody boobs were so heavy. I was happy for a year, then I realised they didn't look right for my frame.
'The weight of the implants started to stretch my skin and they got lower and lower. I started to think, 'This isn't what I signed up for at all'.'
Back in June 2019, Olivia revealed she was proud of her 'banging' new breasts after undergoing a breast reduction surgery.

Using herself as an example, the blonde beauty said: 'When I had the big boobs - the first boob job - that was the fashion. Then the fashion changed, and I felt uncomfortable.'
Olivia went on: 'It's the same with the lips, when lip fillers burst onto the scenes a couple of years ago, everyone wanted them as big as possible, and now the natural look is definitely making a comeback.'
She wisely concluded: 'I think what I've learned - and a lot of people have learned - is that with our bodies, we've got to be so careful not to follow fashion.'
