The Broadway star, 46, looked beautiful in the bikini as she sailed out to sea with ex-rugby union player Thom, 39.
She put on a pink sarong and a sunhat and gave a thumbs up as she left the reliable Thom to man the sails.
Nicole is enjoying some quality time with Thom before she begins her Sunset Boulevard run as lead Norma Desmond in NYC on October 20.
She has been making her almost seven million Instagram followers envious since August with the Hawaii posts, and Friday’s one was captioned: ‘It’s giving Moana’.

Nicole’s last Hawaii update came just on Thursday when she showcased her impressive yoga skills.
Soaking up the sun, the songstress put on a colourful display as she strolled around the island wearing a pink and purple three-piece.
In one snap, she could be seen stretching her statuesque figure on the coast while the sunset behind her.
Nicole also enjoyed a cheeky tipple in the sun as she posed with a flute while sporting a black halterneck bikini.
The star captioned this post: ‘A little slice of island life, Hawaiian style.’
Taking to her Stories, Nicole also shared a sneak peek of a relaxing bike ride in the sun.
Earlier this month, the Masked Singer judge sent temperatures soaring in a skimpy patterned bikini as she posed for sizzling Instagram snaps.

Her loved-up holiday snaps come after the performer revealed she is worried about having a child with her husband-to-be.
She recently admitted time is against her but becoming a mother has so far been impossible with her packed schedule of work commitments.
Hot off an extremely successful West End run, she is just weeks away from her Broadway debut.
Nicole is, however, adamant that the time is coming for her to start a family because ‘the clock is ticking’.
She told The Times: ‘Oh my gosh, I would love to [have a baby]. I’ve never shied away from that. I can’t wait. It’s like the clock is ticking.

Nicole has been dating Scottish ex-rugby union player Thom since 2020 and they got engaged in 2023. They met in 2019 on The X Factor: Celebrity.
She said of the former model: ‘It’s nice, because he likes a system – he’s extremely organised and he’s extremely on time, which is the opposite of me, so he makes me so much better in that way.
‘I don’t know if all rugby players are like this but he’s the cleanest. He’s OCD like me and I just love it. It’s great.’
