She upped the trendy nature of the ensemble by pairing the black dress with a feathered necklace and cat-eye sunglasses. 

Having spent her career being known for her striking strawberry blonde locks, she made sure her hair was preened to perfection with a sweeping fringe. 

Oscar winner , 50, far defied her years in a slinky black dress while showing off her flawless complexion. 

Marion ensured all eyes were on her while she preened and posed for cameras, while adoring fans and fellow fashionistas watched on. 

She was joined at the photocall by American filmmaker and former actress Sofia Coppola, 54, who went for classic Chanel in a tweed top. 

Chewing Gum actress and creator Michaela Coel complemented her fellow stars in a chic black dress while preening and posing for the camera.

Her incredible figure was on full display thanks to the dress' clinging nature, while she boosted her height with a pair of black and red heels. 

Rapper A$AP Rocky, real name Rakim Athelston Mayers, put on a cutting edge display as he posed with a pink Chanel handbag with baby shoes on a charm. 

The shoes were a nod to his seven-month-old daughter Rocki, whom he shares with girlfriend Rihanna. He told Women’s Wear Daily the bag was a present from Chanel’s artistic director, Matthieu Blazy. 

He said: 'He’s so thoughtful, and he actually had a pregnant woman on the runway, and I’ve seen other models walking around with bags, and they had different color ballerina shoes on it. So, I’m going to give these to my daughter.'

Shunning the all-black looks favoured by his fellow attendees, A$AP sported a chic beige jacket with a red shirt underneath and a dazzling brooch.
