The singer, 32, splashed the cash on a new luxury 'six bedroom family' home in West London, in a very fancy star-studded neighbourhood last year.
But opening up about renovations he has made to the property, Niall said he wishes he hadn't 'built a pub in the basement'.
Speaking to , the star said: 'We built a pub in the basement. I mean a pub not a bar, and it has to be the worse idea I have ever had.
'Pubs in London shut at 11pm, there is no 2am finishes and everyone goes, "I wonder where we are going next..." So all of a sudden I have a house full of people.'
Now having the house everyone wants to party into the early hours at, Niall said he has the perfect tactic to kick everyone out.
