'What was an ordinary morning became the moment my life split into before and after. And I have never been the same person since.

'I remember the day like it was yesterday. What I was wearing. The weather. What was on the TV. Exactly where my phone was when mum called me I answered. No words, just a sound.

'A sound that still lives inside me I remember the exact moment it hit me "Please Dad! please just wake up. we need you, we haven't finished yet, Dad."

'And when you didn't open your eyes, I knew. Because there was nothing you wouldn't have done for me. And that feeling, that knowing, will never leave my body.

'I miss you more with time, not less. I need you in ways words will never be able to explain. I carry you in every part of me. And I hope we're making you proud. My Dad Always yours Bubber.'

Previously speaking about her father, Sophie said that when he retired, she made him a workshop in her £1million 'forever home' farmhouse.

She said she had filled the workshop with wood and tools so he 'could live this dream that he's had since he was a little boy.'

The influencer said: 'I can't believe I'm writing this. To the vile individuals who broke into my parents' home in Maldon today, 27th January, between 10am and 6pm,' she wrote.

'You broke into a grieving woman's home and stole her jewellery! Items that belonged to my late dad. Sentimental, irreplaceable pieces that you had NO right to touch.

'Let me be very clear!!! This WILL NOT be dropped. That jewellery may be worthless to you, but it's priceless to my mum. She has already lost her husband and is trying to piece her life together, and you chose to violate her home and rip away what little she had left of him.

'You knew exactly what you were doing. This is beyond theft!! It is cruel, disgusting, and cowardly.'

Sophie said her mother feels like she's 'taken a step back' and has been left 'shaken' by the whole ordeal.

Speaking about her mother to The Sun, she said: 'She’s understandably shaken. We all are. She’s being incredibly strong.

'The jewellery holds deep sentimental value to her, particularly as a connection to my dad, and that’s what hurts most right now.

'More than anything, I just want to be able to get the jewellery back for my mum.'

Elsewhere in the interview, Sophie revealed that she has asked her mother to move in with her temporarily.

However, her mother values her independence and enjoys being in her own home, which Sophie understands and respects, so the family are allowing her to 'lead the way' with any decisions.
