Blueface is being sued for defamation by a woman who shares a child with fellow rapper Soulja Boy.
The lawsuit filed by Jackilyn Martinez, who accused the musician, 26 – who has been charged with assaulting a fan at a show in Salt Lake City – of making false and defamatory statements about her and her child.
Martinez, who shares a one-year-old son with Soulja Boy, whose legal name is Deandre Cortez Way, filed the suit in Los Angeles after Blueface, claimed he had sex with Martinez the day before her baby shower and that he could be the tyke’s father.
‘I f****d your baby mama the day before your baby shower,’ he claimed on social media, advising the BET Hip Hop Award winner to, ‘a get a DNA test,’ alleging, ‘that’s my child lil bro I’m the daddy now.’
The court papers admit that Martinez had unprotected sex with Blueface, whose legal name is Johnathan Jamall Porter in 2018, but ‘There is zero chance that the defendant is plaintiff’s child’s biological father,’ according to documents obtained by Rolling Stone.

The court docs also allege that after Martinez’s attorneys sent Blueface a cease and desist letter, he doubled down, writing, ‘Nobody ever said your name … I don’t even know who you are.’
As a result, the young mother said she had received death threats. ‘We gun in u down,’ read one post included in the complaint.
‘When u in the grave I’ll make sure you baby Alr (alright),’ was another threat included in the lawsuit.
‘Plaintiff is gravely concerned for herself and her child’s safety and well being, and plaintiff is extremely nervous and afraid to go outside and/or be in public,’ Martinez’s filing stated.
She also asserted the comments from Blueface make her appear ‘promiscuous’ and ‘unfaithful to the father of her child.’
The suit also framed the interaction as an effort for the Disrespectful rapper to promote his career by ‘engaging in a feud’ with Soulja Boy.
Her claims include defamation, false light, intentional infliction of emotional distress and negligence.
Martinez is asking for real and punitive damages. She is also asking for her attorney’s fees to be covered and for the judge to grant a permanent injunction barring Blueface from defaming her.
The Bop rapper was put on probation in October, when he plead guilty to battery after a shooting incident at a strip club in Las Vegas in 2022.
He could be placed behind bars for two-to-five years if the musician is found to have violated the terms of his probation after the Utah incident.

Chrisean Rock, who asserts the Holy Moly artist is the father of her three-month-old son, accused her ex-boyfriend of punching her in the face Thursday night, when she brought the baby to his house for a visit.
In a live video on social media after the alleged attack, Rock said she had called police, but TMZ reported no such call had been recorded.
Blueface has also publicly accused the Baby Father Drama rapper on social media of cheating with Cardi B’s estranged husband, Offset.
‘I aint never talk or touch that lady,’ Offset wrote on social media. ‘Real talk man you need some help!’
