Molly appeared in high spirits as she was seen giggling with her pal

In a new update earlier this month, she admitted she is 'anxious' about her tremor for when she walks down the aisle as her dad also suffers with the neurological disorder which 'gets worse with nerves'.

Speaking on her NearlyWeds podcast, Molly said: 'We shake really bad it's hereditary, we have an essential tremor and we do shake really bad.

'So we're both going to be going [shakes] because when I get more nervous and anxious it gets worse.

'Do you know on Love Island everyone was tweeting like, "Oh my god she is so annoying with the shakes" because on the final I was shaking.'

It primarily affects the hands and arms during movement (action tremor) and can also impact the head, voice, or legs.

Symptoms typically worsen with age, stress, or caffeine, though they generally stop during sleep.

It comes after Molly showed off her jaw-dropping figure in a white bikini as she posed for sizzling Instagram snaps during her lavish Ibiza hen do last month.

Molly celebrated in style with her pals as she hit the beach on the party island in a personalised strapless white bikini which boasted 'Return to Tom' on the bottoms.

Her outing comes just weeks away from her wedding to fiancé Tom Clare, whom she met two years ago on Love Island All Stars

However, she revealed earlier this month that she has a hereditary essential tremor and fears it will get worse with nerves on her wedding day

Styling her blonde tresses in loose waves, the TV personality opted for a woven cowgirl hat as she soaked up the sun and sipped on cocktails.

Molly added a sheer white 'Mrs Clare' sarong over the racy two-piece as she fanned herself with a 'In my bridal era' fan.

In the evening, the bombshell slipped into a sexy white lace dress which boasted a sheer long skirt as she headed for dinner at the beach.

Molly toted her belongings in a £3,850 gold crystal Prada handbag and flashed her dazzling engagement ring as the sun set over the ocean.

The stunner couldn't contain her smile as she posed up a storm for photos with her pals, who were all dressed in pink and orange.

She wrote: 'In my bridal era'.

Meanwhile, her husband-to-be Tom jetted off to Las Vegas with his pals, including Love Island's Casey O’Gorman and Mitch Taylor.

The stag do have since given an insight into their boozy trip as they revealed the staggering amount they spent on beach parties.

Speaking on Tom's NearlyWeds podcast, Casey said: 'We went over minimum spend at the pool parties but not by much and it was worth it. Those bottles of tequila were worth it.

'I think minimum spend for the pool parties was about $3,500? $4,000? I think we went to about $6,000 on the first beach club. Then second beach club we hit about…'

She said: 'We shake really bad it's hereditary, we have an essential tremor. So we're both going to be going [shakes] because when I get more nervous and anxious it gets worse'

Tom echoed Casey, adding: 'It really wasn’t that bad,' noting how it worked out at about $500 a head split between everyone.

Casey also shared how glad he was that they all thought ahead to book tables at the pool parties, noting how 'entries to get into these pool parties is about $100.'

Tom's best man Casey provided the husband-to-be, 26, and all his stags with skimpy speedos with Molly's face on which they modelled for a slew of cheeky snaps.

Tom showcased his buff physique as he and best man Casey O'Gorman, 29, slipped into the pink budgie smugglers.

The wild poolside celebrations also saw the star and his pals partying hard as they waved huge photos of glam Molly while soaking up the sunshine.

It comes after Molly revealed that her dad was left in tears when fiancé Tom asked for permission to marry her.

Tom got down on one knee to propose in Dubai last September after the pair met on All Stars two years prior.

Now, the pair have revealed how Tom secretly asked Molly's dad for his blessing during a family barbecue at their home.

Speaking on their podcast NearlyWeds after taking over Jamie Laing and Sophie Habboo's wedding podcast, Tom explained: 'When I asked your dad, that I wanted to take your hand in marriage, we were at our family barbecue.

'Your family were there and my family was there. But because we were going away I was like this is the time I need to ask your dad.

'And I said, "John will you just come have a look at this in the garage for me?" And he was like straight up because he likes to help.

'And then I pulled him in. I was like, "Oh, John, like obviously me and Mo are going away." And I really want to ask her to marry me. Obviously, I wanted to ask you for permission first.

'And then he teared up. He did tear up and then gave me a big hug, which I thought was really really nice.'

Molly added: 'It's quite reassuring isn't it'.

Tom and Molly won the All Stars series of Love Island in 2024 and have been one of the only couples to stand the test of time from the spin-off series.

Molly was a bombshell arrival, to the shock of her ex-boyfriend Callum, who she met filming the winter edition of the show in 2020.

Viewers became invested in the possibility of Molly and Callum rekindling their three-year relationship, but the fitness model pursued her romantic connection with Tom instead.

Callum and Eve split weeks after the show finished amid reports he cheated with another woman, which Callum insisted was untrue because the couple had already separated.

Since winning All Stars, Molly has secured several lucrative deals including with clothing retailer boohoo, US fitness supplement Alani Nu, jewellery brand Abbott Lyon and global makeup giants L'Oréal Paris and Maybelline.

Speaking to the Daily Mail last year, Molly said: 'You know sometimes when you think, 'Is this too good to be true?' I don't like jinxing things but right now I can't fault our relationship.

'Moving in together is the next step, we are practically living together as is... we just haven't made it official yet.

Essential Tremor

According to the Mayo Clinic, an essential tremor is a nervous system condition, also known as a neurological condition.

It causes rhythmic shaking that you can't control. Essential tremor can affect almost any part of the body, but the trembling happens most often in the hands.

The trembling occurs especially when doing simple tasks, such as drinking from a glass or tying shoelaces.

Essential tremor usually is not a dangerous condition. However, it typically worsens over time and can be severe for some people.

Other conditions don't cause essential tremor, but essential tremor sometimes is confused with Parkinson's disease.

Essential tremor can happen at any age but is most common in people age 40 and older.

Symptoms typically worsen with age, stress, or caffeine, though they generally stop during sleep.
