They had already began home renovations on the property and completed their kitchen makeover just before .
Yet with the stresses of planning their destination wedding alongside the 'ridiculous' price tag it comes with, Molly, 31, and Tom, 26, decided to sell up.
In an exclusive interview with the Daily Mail, they explained: 'We have actually sold the house and are looking to buy another one.'
Molly added: 'My mum said to me, "You're doing the two of the most stressful things in life, which is trying to move house and trying to get married".

Despite falling in love with their first home, the couple are planning on finding their new 'forever home' after the wedding.
Tom added: 'We knew it was always gonna happen. We probably thought we'd be in there a bit longer. But yeah, we want our next house to be our forever home where we have a family and like host people and stuff like that.'
The couple are less than four months away until they say 'I Do' in front of their friends and family in Spain.
Bride-to-be Molly shared some light-hearted advice for future newlyweds about the wedding budget ahead of their big day.
'When you get a bill through, just pay it and don't tell your husband because what you don't know, won't hurt', Molly joked. 'I just say, "Oh, don't worry about it, it's sorted!"
The price of weddings nowadays comes along with a hefty price tag - something Tom shared he wasn't aware of.

The footballer lifted the lid on the hidden costs that comes with a wedding, revealing Molly wanted to spend £4,000 on fairy lights.
'It was £4,000 for fairy lights, which I think is absolutely f****** ridiculous', Tom said.
Molly quipped: 'He was too aware of the fairy lights, you see and he went on and on about it. So in the end, I thought, I'll just pay it out the joint account, then there's nothing you can do.

'I know it's ridiculous. I fully agree with you, but it will look beautiful. Don't get us wrong, we're not being absolutely ridiculous. We've got a budget.'
Ahead of tying the knot, Tom is going on a stag do in Las Vegas while Molly is having her hen in Ibiza.
Sharing his nerves ahead of the big holiday with his best man and Love Island co-star Casey O'Gorman, Tom said he is worried for what is in store.
Molly explained: 'I feel like the fact that he's going to Vegas and obviously these people like Casey that are going to be there, I need to make sure that he's got a sufficient amount of time to get back, if you get arrested or anything like that.
'I actually know a few bits, Casey has told me stuff and I won't tell Tom because I just want you to have the best time.'
Tom added: 'Casey keeps bantering me about it, I keep thinking f****** hell, I might not enjoy it now.'
Molly entered the Love Island: All Stars villa in 2024 as a bombshell, where she came face-to-face with her ex-partner Callum Jones, whom she had first met during her original stint on the show in 2020.
While viewers initially hoped Molly's love story would see her and Callum rekindle their romance, they were even more delighted when she fell for fellow Northerner Tom, a footballer from Macclesfield, and the pair went on to win the £50,000 prize.
The couple were recently announced as the new hosts of the podcast NearlyWeds, taking over from Jamie and Sophie, who guided the series from NearlyWeds to Newlyweds and then NearlyParents.
