The actress took to Instagram to post the image with her little one as they watched the sunset on the beach.
In the caption of her post she said that she felt 'so grateful' for her family and husband - the 23-year-old son of rocker Jon Bon Jovi.
She penned: '22. grateful for my husband and daughter. for my family and friends. all of my animals. I am so blessed. thank you for the birthday wishes. xoxo.'
Millie looked cosy in a knitted jumper for the image while her daughter was dressed in a warm all in one.
Millie and Jake welcomed their daughter over the summer of 2025 through adoption.

Back in August of last year, the actress issued a statement to her main Instagram page to announce that both she and her husband had adopted their first child.
The actress has been increasingly open about her life as a wife and mother, but remains fiercely protective of her daughter's privacy.
While speaking to British Vogue for the magazine's December issue, she emphasized that she has no plans to reveal her child's identity publicly until she is old enough to decide for herself.
