Mickey Rourke was pictured in downtown on Sunday walking a trio of dogs, about two months after he made headlines following news he was being evicted from his home.

The Oscar-nominated actor, 73, was clad in an ash gray sweatsuit with a zip-up hoodie and sweatpants as he was seen in Southern .

The Wrestler star had a pair of clear framed sunglasses resting on his head and carried a cup on the early morning outing in the City of Angels.

The actor, whose film catalog includes Diner, Rumble Fish and 9½ Weeks, wore a pair of white Adidas martial arts mat training shoes.

Rourke, like a number of Hollywood stars, is mourning the loss of , days after on Thursday following a battle with amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), also known as Lou Gehrig's Disease.

He said, 'The kitchen sink didn't run, there were two bathrooms, one bathroom had no water, there was no heat, the air conditioners don't work, and they had rats and mice.

'The house was built in the late twenties, and so the floor was all rotten, like under the sink, so the mice and rats will come up - and it's like, I don't want to live like this, you know.'
