The 64-year-old rom-com queen and the 77-year-old legendary comedian will deliver remarks about the beloved filmmaker during the In Memoriam segment, which will include other stars of his past films - according to Variety.
Ryan and Crystal famously portrayed friends-turned-lovers Sally Albright and Harry Burns in Reiner's beloved 1989 film penned by Nora Ephron, which earned rave reviews and $92.8 million at the global box office.
The Oscar-nominated producer had previously given the veteran small parts in his 1984 mockumentary This Is Spinal Tap and his 1987 fairytale The Princess Bride.
The longtime friends also acted together in one episode of CBS sitcom All in the Family in 1976, Danny DeVito's 1987 comedy Throw Momma from the Train and Crystal's 1987 stand-up special Don't Get Me Started.
Crystal - hours after he and his second wife Michelle Reiner were stabbed to death in their bed at age 78 and 70.

Ryan - who also acted with Reiner in Nora Ephron's 1993 rom-com Sleepless in Seattle - posted an Instagram tribute three days after the married couple of 36 years' tragic passing.
'Oh how we will miss this man… Thank you, Rob and Michelle, for the way you believe in true love, in fairy tales, and in laughter,' the Connecticut-born blonde wrote.
'Thank you for your faith in the best in people, and for your profound love of our country. I have to believe that their story will not end with this impossible tragedy, that some good may come, some awareness raised…

The Reiners are survived by their 27-year-old daughter Romy Reiner (3-L, pictured September 9) and 34-year-old son Jake Reiner (R), but their 32-year-old son Nick Reiner (3-R) was arrested for their homicide
Nick is awaiting his next court date on April 29 at LA's Twin Towers Correctional Facility, and he pleaded not guilty to two counts of first-degree murder (pictured February 23)

The Reiners had previously spent years trying to get help for their troubled son's mental illness and substance abuse, which led to a reported 17-18 rehab stints, and he was living at their home at the time
Speaking of the Oscars' In Memoriam segment, Variety is also reporting that Barbra Streisand (R, pictured in 2002) is 'in talks' to sing for her late The Way We Were leading man Robert Redford (L) who passed away, at age 89, in his sleep on September 16
