McFly proved touring is most definitely keeping them in shape as they showed off their incredible physiques during a beach day in Rio earlier this week.
The five members, Harry Judd, Tom Fletcher, Danny Jones and Dougie Poynter flaunted their many abs between them as she posed together shirtless for the snap.
Standing with their arms around each other, the boys looked relaxed as they enjoyed a chill day at the beach amid their latest series of shows in Brazil.
Sporting stylish shades and stripy swim shorts, Harry penned the snap: ‘Beach Boys in Rio’.
The band also took some time to relax on the sun loungers, as Harry teasingly pretended to pinch Tom’s nipple as they soaked in the rays.

McFly have just finished a run of shows in Brazil in both Sao Paulo and Rio before they are set to perform back in the UK later this year.

‘That was the longest set we have ever played! Thank you to everyone who came to a show, and to everyone we met along the way, your energy was incredible. Thank you to @fresnorock for joint us every night too’.
It is no wonder the musicians are in shape, as Harry also shared a video of himself on a run as he put himself through the paces despite the boiling heat.
After the gruelling workout the star ran into the sea to cool down as he wrote: ‘Getting nailed by the Sun and Sea. Rio is Epic. Heart rate was off the chart in the Rio midday heat. Last show tonight is going to be special’.
He even managed to drag Danny and Tom on a little jog with him to shake off the jet lag ahead of their first gig.
Last month Harry joined 50,000 members of the public as he ran the London Marathon as a record number of people ran the famous race.
