Married At First Sight star Martha Kalifatidis is set to undergo explant surgery.
The 35-year-old, who got a boob job 15 years ago, said she is one step closer to getting her implants removed after recently seeing her doctor.
She made the revelation from her bed as she continued to suffer from a migraine she has had for two days.
‘I never updated you all post my consult with the doc about my breast implant removal because I’ve had a migraine for the past two days,’ Martha wrote in an Instagram story.
Martha adds to the growing trend of celebrities opting to remove their implants, often citing health concerns or a desire for a more natural look.

The reality star-turned-Instagram influencer previously offered advice to fans who were considering getting the procedure.
A 20-year-old female follower asked the reality star: ‘How old were you when you got your implants? I’m 20 and want them but scared of hate.’
Martha told the girl she thinks she should wait until she was a little older to consider the procedure.

‘I was probably your age,’ Martha replied.
‘My advice is wait until you’re a bit older, then make the decision. Never make a decision about surgery if you have doubts [or] are unsure.’
She then revealed her plans to get her implants removed.

‘Been looking for a doc in Sydney but don’t really know… if anyone has any recommendations please let me know.’

Martha has gone under the knife several times and has also overhauled her exercise regime and perfected her Kardashian-inspired curves in the gym.
She has previously had a breast augmentation, nose job and lip fillers.
