And the 36-year-old has stunned followers, showing off a remarkable physical transformation in a resurfaced photo.
Ryan’s passion for fitness and self improvement came to light during his time on the show, and the photo Ryan shared to Instagram back in 2021, proves it’s not just a passing fad.

Appearing much more confident, Ryan was not afraid to show off his washboard abs and chiseled arms posing in a pair of boxer briefs.
‘The 16 year difference,’ Ryan captioned the surprising image.
‘That HAIR. From me in all my awkward teenage glory… the bad posture, long as hell board shorts, weird necklace faze [sic], clearly zero clue about training or confidence.’
‘To present day the leanest, meanest and most disciplined shape of my life thus far (And I ain’t even close to done).’
Continuing this post, Ryan admitted to struggling with self-esteem and identity in the past.
‘Each of our individual journeys are different – I struggled for a long time to recognise my identity, become self-aware and overcome damaged self esteem,’ he wrote. ‘And Instagram didn’t even f***ing EXIST yet!’
He rounded out his post with some inspirational words of wisdom.
