A Married at First Sight fan has created an ingenious method for catching Nine’s ratings juggernaut in a remote location—even without a TV.

In a video shared to TikTok the un-named superfan can be seen watching a recent episode of the dating series as it is projected onto the side of a cow in a paddock at night.

The point-of-view video was apparently shared by the man’s daughter, who described her dad as being ‘obsessed’ with the controversial social experiment.

‘No TV, no worries! A cow and a projector will do,’ TikTokker Deana Fontanarosa posted on the share which has attracted 1.2 million love heart ‘likes’.

‘POV: Your dad is obsessed with MAFS and will find any way to watch it, even in the outback,’ she said in the caption.

The video, which includes images of controversial MAFS bride Lauren, has attracted  3728 comments after it was shared over the weekend.

Among those posting their thoughts in the thread was MAFS groom Eliot Donovan who took the opportunity to slam Lauren.

‘Tried being married to her mate,’ he said.

‘I did not expect to end up siding with you,’ commented a user on the same thread, while another joked: ‘I thought you meant the cow.’

‘Never have I ever watched MAFS on a cow,’ commented another viewer of the hit show.

‘Don’t think too many have,’ replied another fan, while another impressed viewer wrote: ‘Crying at this commitment.’

It comes after MAFS couple Dave Hand and Jamie Marinos had their seemingly solid romance come crashing down.

It appears that Jamie has formed an unexpected friendship with fellow groom Adrian Araouzou, sending shockwaves through the experiment.

Sources close to production reveal that producers saw the chemistry brewing and deliberately paired Jamie and Adrian together for Feedback Week – better known as the controversial couple swap – a decision that would ultimately shake Jamie’s relationship with Dave to its core.

According to insiders, Adrian wasted no time planting seeds of doubt in Jamie’s mind about her connection with Dave.

‘Producers orchestrated the whole thing. Adrian spent three days straight telling Jamie that Dave wasn’t the right man for her,’ an insider told Daily Mail Australia.

While Jamie was smitten with Dave and eager to deepen their emotional and physical connection, he wasn’t on the same page.

‘She was head over heels, wanted intimacy all the time, but Dave wasn’t reciprocating at the same pace,’ the source adds.

‘He’s not the type to rush things – and to be honest, his head was in a completely different place because his father was getting chemotherapy.’

As Feedback Week approached, Dave’s focus remained elsewhere, and the initial spark with Jamie had started to fizzle.

When asked about Jamie and Adrian’s growing bond, Dave admitted it had caught him off guard.

‘Yeah, it was a bit weird to see those two on camera after everything that just happened,’ he said.

Just when viewers thought the drama couldn’t escalate further, glamorous intruder bride Veronica Cloherty entered the picture.

In a twist orchestrated by the experts, Dave was paired with Veronica for the week after she ranked him second during the photo ranking task – and the chemistry was instant.

‘The whole thing played out like a domino effect. Some people were genuinely looking for love, but others? They just wanted airtime.’

While Jamie still clung to the hope that she and Dave could work things out, he was having a revelation of his own.

‘Spending time with Veronica made him realise that things with Jamie just weren’t clicking,’ the source continues.

‘He felt more relaxed, more at ease. The pressure wasn’t there.’

Homestays: The final breaking point

Following the couple swap, participants embarked on homestays – a crucial test to determine whether their relationships could survive in the real world.

For Dave and Jamie, it was an unmitigated disaster.

‘Jamie just couldn’t handle it. She was not a fan of Dave’s dog and couldn’t even be in the same household. That was her breaking point,’ an insider claims.

From that moment on, Jamie knew their relationship had no future beyond the experiment.

Meanwhile, Dave was grappling with a bigger issue – he couldn’t bring himself to tell Jamie he loved her.

‘He just didn’t want to rush things,’ the source adds.

‘Jamie was waiting for that big moment, but it never came.’
