Married At First Sight star Ash Galati has taken a subtle swipe at the reality show while admitting he never watched it before signing up.
Taking to Instagram on Wednesday, the 33-year-old shared a series of images from his time on season 11 of the popular dating experiment.
The photos showed Ash looking stressed ahead of his wedding to his TV bride Madeline Maxwell.
Ash captioned the pictures with a long-winded post where he admitted to having ‘mixed feelings’ about his time on the show.
‘One year ago I stepped out of my comfort zone and took a wild and crazy leap of faith like so many before me,’ Ash began.
‘It’s such a weird feeling standing on that alter waiting. It’s such a crazy thing to do, but I honestly wouldn’t change it.
‘It brings back so many memories and mixed feelings. I was so open for whatever was to come. I’m so grateful to all my family who stopped everything and flew to Sydney with 2 days notice.’
Continuing, Ash admitted that he hadn’t even watched an episode of the show before deciding to sign up.

‘I was so f***ing naive about the whole thing, I literally never watched it,’ Ash said.
‘I’m shopping at Myer for wedding suits and dinner party outfits while some geezers on the show had already signed deals with suit hire companies to wear. I didn’t get the memo.’
Adding that the show was an ‘unforgettable experience’ for him, Ash said he didn’t ‘regret him time on the series.
‘I have no ill feelings or any real regrets,’ he said. ‘Maybe a subtle dig though.’

‘The experiment is well and truly behind me, I took my shot, I crashed and burned and that’s life and it’s honestly fine. It’s time to move on. If you get stuck in the past it jeopardises your future.’
Revealing that he was still looking for love, Ash ended the expansive post by saying he aimed to find it away from the cameras.
‘I still want love, And I know I’ll get it, ‘ he said.
‘I’ll guess I’ll have to do it the old fashion way……. TINDER.’
Ash is making up for lost time after his disastrous pairing with Home and Away star Madeleine Maxwell on the dating experiment.
He was spotted putting on a loved-up display with a mystery woman at the Grand Prix after party in Melbourne in March.
‘I was so f***ing naive about the whole thing, I literally never watched it,’ Ash admitted. Pictured Ash with his TV bride Madeline Maxwell
Ash could not wipe the smile off his face as he posed up a storm with the brunette beauty during the exclusive event at the renowned Ms Collins nightclub.
His stunning partner was seen with her arm wrapped around him and the pair looked to be having the time of their lives as they mingled with their celebrity friends.
At one point, Ash passionately kissed his beautiful partner, confirming he is now dating again after things did not work out on MAFS.
Galati told Daily Mail Australia in March he would not return to MAFS in the future, as he is currently off the market.
‘I definitely don’t think I would. No.’
‘I’m happily started dating again and things are going good, it’s very early on though,’ he said at the time.
