Jules Robinson has revealed the unique way she has learned to combat vile online trolls following her rise to fame on Married At First Sight in 2019.
The salon owner and shapewear entrepreneur, 42, who is expecting her second child with husband Cameron Merchant, recently spoke to Daily Mail Australia about her dedication to the ancient practice of kinesiology as a method of repelling negativity.
‘I do kinesiology, which is something I’ve been doing for a number of years,’ the influencer began.
‘And so with that, I envision my little silver bubble that I have around me, and it just bounces off me,’ she explained.
Kinesiology is a natural therapy that combines Western and Eastern wellness techniques to promote physical and emotional health.

Jules gave a recent example of how she utilised kinesiology after receiving negative comments to a photo of herself posing in an ice bath while heavily pregnant during a trip to Bali.
‘The comments that were on there [were so mean],’ she said, adding that she had received private messages from ‘so many women’ asking if she was OK following the backlash.
‘They were just like like DM-ing, me and being like, “God, you must have thick skin. I’ve just read you some of the comments. I’m so sorry that you have to deal with that”,’ Jules recalled.

‘It’s honestly just life, you know? And I’m big enough and emotionally intelligent enough to go, ‘It’s actually not really about me”,’ she added.
Jules, who discusses her love for kinesiology in her newly-released book Ask Jules, said the online criticism she’s received for her appearance over the years has actually helped her grow thicker skin.
‘In a way, it’s propelled me into being more confident because you just get to not care. You know, if you let the opinions of other people affect you all the time, you just become so insecure,’ she said.

‘And trust me, that’s not been an easy thing to do. You know, it’s very unusual. You’re not prepared in any way to come out of this platform, having so much judgement, so much criticism,’ she said of life after MAFS.
Jules went on to admit that she does have her darker days, especially during her pregnancy when ‘the smallest things’ upset her.
However, the reality star said still maintains a positive outlook despite feeling more vulnerable.
‘You’ve just got to go, “I really like myself. I have integrity with my choices that I do in life”. I always do. And my friends and family know them all me.’
