Margot Robbie Stuns in Sheer Frock at Tropfest

has had a lot on her plate of late after the soaring success of her latest film, Wuthering Heights. 

The Australian actress was busy at yet another event on Sunday night as she led the celebrity arrivals at Tropfest in .

The Barbie star, who is on the judging panel at the short film festival, turned heads in a sheer, black dress. 

The maxi-length, see-through slip was worn over a skimpy, lacy bra and satin boxer shorts. 

Margot ensured her trim figure was on display in the revealing frock, which had a dainty, glittering hem. 

She carried a white fabric purse with a gold chain strap and added a pair of black heels to the look.   

For makeup, the blonde chose a warm-toned palette with a peachy-nude lipstick and wore her blonde hair down in tousled waves. 

Also making an appearance on the red carpet was Sarah Snook, who like Margot is on the festival's esteemed judging panel. 

The Australian actress chose a relaxed but chic look for the event, which included a fitted white shirt over a cream blazer. 

She added a pair of loose-fit, grey slacks, and wore a pair of black and white sneakers. 

The Succession star included some pops of colour in her makeup look, which included an orange-toned red lipstick. 

She swept her red hair off her face, and finished the ensemble with a smattering of accessories in mismatched metals. 

Those included a chunky, silver watch and yellow gold hoop earrings, as well as a dangling necklace in rose gold with a pearl accent. 

Taron Egerton was among the stars arriving for the event on Sunday, with the Welsh actor striking a casually cool figure. 

The Rocketman star, who is on the judging panel alongside Margot and Sarah, chose a loose, white cotton shirt with decorative buttons. 

He added a pair of black trousers, also in a loose fit, and kept things comfortable by sliding on a pair of Birkenstocks sandals.

Tropfest kicked off on Sunday, returning to Sydney's iconic Centennial Park after a hiatus.

Founded back in 1993, the free, outdoor festival showcases the 16 short films vying for this year's crown. 

The event is known as a major launchpad for actors and directors, with stars such as Rebel Wilson, Sam Worthington and Joel Edgerton having previously appeared in Tropfest films.  

The pair wrapped up their much-scrutinised press tour while home in Queensland for yet another viewing earlier this month. 

Australians Robbie and Elordi made a surprise appearance at a cinema in Brisbane for their 16th screening of the film on February 15.
