A magician on Britain’s Got Talent reunited Simon Cowell with the exact sports car he owned three decades ago.
In scenes set to air this Sunday, Trixy – who is an electrical engineer and father of two – vows to create a ‘magical moment in time’.
The magician borrows newest BGT judge Bruno Tonioli’s watch and begins the jaw-dropping trick, using 50 photographs from throughout Simon’s life.
Trixy shows a snap of the vintage red car, a 1971 Triumph TR6, and Simon admits: ‘That’s one of my favourite ever cars.’
The media mogul is then taken outside the London Palladium theatre where he is reunited with the sporty motor, which is awaiting him on the red carpet.
Simon is visibly stunned, and so delighted that he kisses the bonnet of the vehicle.

The scenes, viewed by The Sun, will air on Sunday’s show as the Britain’s Got Talent audition rounds continue on ITV1, with acts vying for a place in the live semi-finals.
Back in May, car enthusiast Simon unveiled his £230,000 fleet of electric vehicles, when he posted a photograph of himself to him posing on an E-bike alongside his automobile collection.
The Britain’s Got Talent judge revealed all of the fun names he’s given to his electric vehicles, in the caption alongside.
Simon penned: ‘Please meet (from left to right) Buzz, Mouse and Flea and my bike called Spitz. All are electric, including my bike. And all are brilliant to drive/ride!’
Simon’s mint green all-electric Volkswagen ID. Buzz, which has a range of up to 258 miles, retails from £59,035.00 to £63,835.00 depending on specification.
His burgundy Mini eMastered – which he calls Mouse – is a bespoke all-electric version of the re-envisioned classic Mini produced by David Brown, and costs around £125,000.
Simon’s sporty new Abarth 500e from Fiat, named Flea, only has a 157 miles range, but also has a lower RRP range of £34,195 to £38,695.
When his Mini eMastered was finally delivered to him in October 2023, Simon said: ‘This has always been my dream car. It was on my wish list; one day I wanted to have a classic Mini. Then I read about this company, and I thought, I’ve got to have one of those.

‘I have to say, of all the cars I’ve ever had in my life, this is my favourite, this is a keeper.
‘When I went to the factory, you could tell that every single person had really given their heart and soul into this, there’s so much passion behind it… you know this car has character.’
The classic-style Mini was built to replicate the Lotus Esprit Turbo driven by Sir Roger Moore in the 1981 007 film, For Your Eyes Only.
The music mogul is said to have revamped his Mini with the help of his climate-conscious son Eric, who he shares with his fiancée Lauren Silverman.
Simon, known for his gas-guzzling Rolls-Royce Phantoms, previously told how he bought an electric Tesla after Eric taught him about climate change.
According to The Mirror, he said at last year’s Britain’s Got Talent auditions: ‘My son is obsessed with climate change, he’s taught me a lot recently.
‘He goes down on the beaches and cleans them up. I think it’s something we should all take seriously now. I’ve just bought a Tesla.’
The entrepreneur’s jaw-dropping car collection is also thought to consist of a Lamborghini Gallardo Spyder, a Jaguar Eagle Speedster and a Bugatti Veyron.
