MAFS Star Brent Vitiello Promises to Rectify Sea Moss Brand’s Delivery Issues: ‘A Long and Challenging Road’

Brent Vitiello’s sea moss brand has promised to make things right with customers as they finally caught up on their orders after accusations of failed deliveries.

The MAFS star, 35, launched Mos x Daily to sell jars of sea moss, a superfood rich in vitamins and minerals which has gained popularity in the industry.

However, last month, his brand got into hot water when furious customers alleged they were yet set to see their products after ordering and paying for them online.

Now, Mos x Daily has shared a message with customers promising to ‘make it right’ after overcoming a string of delivery and courier issues since their launch last year.

Brent and his team confirmed they have now caught up on all the orders and urged any customers still waiting on replacements to contact them.

In an email announcement, the brand wrote: ‘I just had to take a moment to send you a huge virtual hug and express our heartfelt gratitude for sticking by our side here at MOS x daily.

‘Oh, and remember, we’re here for anything you need. Seriously, anything. Whether it’s a question, a concern, or you just want to chat about your favourite MOS x daily products, we’re all ears.

‘Thank you again for your incredible support and for believing in what we do. We’re sending you all the good vibes and can’t wait to keep delighting you with our goodies!’

Last month, Brent took to Instagram to provide a series of updates on the delivery issues and reveal how he was working to solve them.

In one video, Brent hit out at online trolls who have been criticising his brand, claiming that most of them aren’t even his customers, who he said he had spoken to directly.

‘Everyone has been showing a lot of good support, and I appreciate that, and at the same time, there’s a lot of people that like to kick you when you’re down,’ he said.

‘People think it’s cool to jump on top of someone when they’re going through things, and it’s not something I condone.’

Brent – who flew to Timor, Indonesia, where his product is sourced, to rectify the issues – went on to claim that they will be caught up on deliveries ‘sooner than expected’.

‘It looks like we will be caught up a lot sooner than expected, which is great news. I told people that I’d come out here for a purpose, to fix every issue that we had, and I meant it,’ he continued.

‘I was never going to falter on that promise, and I am a man of my word. We are tracking on pretty damn good and I’m quite happy with the results so far of testing everything top to bottom.’

Brent previously said there were issues distributing the sea moss internationally because it spoils after 30 days and they had to switch shipping companies to ensure faster delivery.

He said: ‘We started out with a really good run, unfortunately the courier we were using then just didn’t keep their word, our deliveries were taking way too long, going bad in transit, or just taking way too long to even get to you.’

‘Everything that could have possibly gone wrong, went wrong,’ he added as he alleged that the brand had further issues with manufacturers.

‘The biggest issue with us was communication. I can promise you now, that turns me sideways, that communication issue, I came down very hard on it and made some really big changes.

‘I’ve got a lot of work to do to make up for all lost time and for the faulty products and everything that’s come to you the way it shouldn’t have.’

He added: ‘This has been killing me. The biggest thing for me is that I hate disappointing people, it’s not just people out there who have ordered and haven’t been communicated with properly and haven’t got their products.

‘I started a foundation for the beautiful community in Timor that has helped us cultivate and harvest this amazing product. I gave them by word that I would help them build a better life.

‘You need to understand I will not have my integrity be in question because I believe in them and I believe in the promise I gave to these people. I will never quit until I’ve kept that promise to them and to everyone else.’

According to Mos X Daily’s website, its sea moss products are rich in vitamins and minerals including calcium, sodium and potassium, is ‘immune boosting’ and has anti-inflammatory properties.

‘The outcome is nothing short of extraordinary: a potent superfood brimming with an impressive array of over 95+ essential vitamins and minerals out of 102 your body needs to thrive, a testament to the intricate balance of nature.’

Brent rose to fame on the ninth series of MAFS in 2022, where he was famously ‘married’ to Tamara Djordjevic.

Unfortunately, their ill-fated romance went from bad to worse on the show, before they went their separate ways during their explosive final vows.
