During a show in Belgium last month, she reflected on the health scare and revealed it had been a ‘miracle’ that she recovered in a video filmed by a fan, per Rolling Stone.¬†

‘Less than four months ago, I was in a hospital and I was unconscious, and people were thinking, predicting that I might not make it,’ the Queen of Pop told the audience at the¬†Sportpaleis Arena.¬†

‘So, it’s a f***ing miracle that I’m here right now. My mother, God bless her, she must be watching over me…she said, “Girl, it’s not your time to go.”‘

‘I had this strange thought. I suddenly had sympathy and empathy for my mother, not about the dying part, but how lonely she must have felt laying in hospital, knowing that she wasn‚Äôt going to live, and I was given another chance,’ she added.¬†

‘So I’m very grateful for that,’ Madonna continued, and then admitted, ‘I must tell you, I don’t feel really well right now, but I can’t complain ’cause I’m alive.’¬†

The pop star then sent love to her fans as well as her family, expressing, ‘Thank God for my children and all of you for your love and support, I really appreciate it.’¬†
