The shoot for the music video reportedly ran overnight, with the cast filming from 4pm until 2am.

The music video was filmed across six stages with a huge crew staffed by hundreds of people.

Part of the set was designed the look like a lavish mansion featuring huge marble columns, a bar, while a lounge was erected complete with walls adorned with artwork.

Elsewhere the music video was also filmed in a warehouse rave setting - where Madonna's stunt double acted out a car crash scene before making her way inside.

Giving an insight into the pop icon's on-set demands, a source said Madonna was kitted out with trailer set to a perfect 28 degrees and she had rails full of Dolce & Gabbana garments.

The Daily Mail has contacted representatives for Madonna, Benedict, Kate and Gwendoline for comment.

It comes after Madonna modeled a bridal look complete with lace gloves and a delicate veil for the new Dolce & Gabbana campaign.

The outfit seems to be a nod to her 1984 music video for Like A Virgin where she wore a sexy wedding dress.

Her figure looked fantastic as she wore a corseted top with a sweetheart neckline and lace underwear as she added fishnet stockings and white pumps.

The color images were shared to Instagram on Friday just a day after the black-and-white D&G commercial of bride Madonna was uploaded.
