Stowe is known for living outside of Los Angeles.
She and her actor husband Brian Benben, who is best known for TV's Dream On, bought a 400-acre ranch in the hill country outside San Antonio, Texas in the 1990s.
'It's hard to leave home when you're so happy there,' she told the Times Leader in 1999. 'The ranch is so great. It's a big operation with cattle, horses and sheep.'
And she said she loves to ride horses there.
'I ride every morning,' she shared with the publication. 'I work the land. OK, not really. Just make up whatever you want. Just make me sound good.'
