Glowing mum Anouska looked happier than ever as she cradled her newborn baby in her hospital bed and revealed the sweet name. She penned: 'Paisley 20.02.26'.
The couple are already proud parents to three children, a son Reign, six, and daughters Storie, four, and three-year-old Lumie.
In another photo, the WAG and the Manchester United defender's three children were seen meeting baby Paisley as she peacefully slept in her cot.
The siblings were dressed in adorable matching red and white striped pajamas as they gathered around to look at their baby sister.

Luke and Anouska have been together since at least May 2017 and regularly share holiday photo together.
The couple live at their luxury £2.8 million Cheshire home with their children and have previously been seen throwing huge birthday parties for their kids at the property.
