Lucy Hale Fuels Engagement Rumors with Ring Reveal

Last month in January, Hale  

'4 years ago, I reached a very dark chapter and my personal rock bottom,' she reflected in the caption. 'It's wild to say, but that ended up being the greatest gift and biggest turning point in my life.'

The Hating Game actress admitted that the journey has been far from 'smooth' but shared that 'sobriety handed me back my life.' 

The star added, 'If you're struggling, please know this: there is always a chance to begin again. Keep going. Keep speaking your truth. Ask for help. 

'And remember that are so worthy of a life you're proud of. Your existence matters, and so does the story you carry. It DOES get better ❤️.'

Hale further expressed that she 'realized that darkness isn't always something to fear. It's often the very thing that leads us toward the light.' 

And on the topic of her sobriety journey back in 2024, she also told People, 'My life was always chaotic so my brain chemistry has been recalibrating.

'What sobriety has taught me is to take things as they come and enjoy every moment of every day.'

She added, 'I have big dreams, big aspirations, but where my life is at now is just trying to be as present as possible.' 

Hale has also been filtering through a busy schedule and recently glammed up to attend the Pomellato Store Grand Opening reception in Beverly Hills on Tuesday. 

The actress wowed wearing a black dress that clung to her figure and contained a deep plunging neckline on the front. 

Her brunette locks were parted to the side and effortlessly flowed down past her shoulders in light waves. 

She also has a number of projects up her sleeve including the forthcoming rom-com titled The Twelve Dates Of Christmas. 

Hale will have the chance to reunite with her former Pretty Little Liars castmate Ian Harding who also took on a main role in the holiday film. 

The premise follows, 'Christina Walker (Hale), a successful shop owner who has devoted her energy to her career at the expense of her dating life, as she goes on 12 dates in the 12 weeks leading up to Christmas hoping to find Mr. Right,' per IMDB. 

Late last year in December, the actress shared the casting news to Instagram along with a message to fans. 

She wrote, 'a merry Christmas indeed. So fun to be reunited with old friends and new ones ❤️ see you next Christmas with this one!' 

Hale is also jumping into the horror genre in the movie Legacy alongside Anjelica Huston and Jack Whitehall.
