Lorna Luxe has given her followers another glimpse into her new £2m rental home after she was forced to leave her last place of residence unexpectedly.

The influencer, 43, lived in the famous £2.5million Ghost House with her late husband John, but they had to vacate the property last year when it flooded.

They bought the property in 2023 and John and Lorna had been excitedly talking about how they were going to redesign the 'his and hers' bathrooms in their home but John sadly died before they could return.

The retired banker had been battling stage four adrenal for a number of years but died in February in Lorna's arms.

The couple had been living in another rental for the last year, but Lorna told her followers she had leave unexpectedly - but couldn't go back to Ghost House  because it won't be finished until at least August.

Lorna has been taking her 1.8million followers on a tour of her new £2 million rental, which is just down the road from where she and John lived, showing off the incredible kitchen and glass hallways which has a stunning view of the surrounding trees.

Inside Lorna Luxe's new home: Influencer, 43, gave her followers another glimpse of her breathtaking new £2m 'invisible' property with a special link to late husband John, 64

Lorna has been taking her 1.8million followers on a tour of her new £2 million rental, which is just down the road from where she and John lived anbd designed by the same people

Lorna said John 'would love' the minimalist property which she revealed was also designed by BPN Architects, the team behind the couple's Warwickshire mansion

And the new property is also designed to look 'invisible' - and it's a single storey home, arranged as a cluster of seven individual pods scattered across the site

The ceilings are lit up by strips of lights - each pod is joined together by a glazed corridor, creating a sequence of connected rooms

She wrote: 'John would be so proud of me for sorting this house. It's been an absolute nightmare, but me and Kev Bear [their dog] are very happy here and it's nicer than the old rental we were in.'

Adding: 'I've whacked all my stuff in storage so it's a bit disorientating for Kev-bear.

'We moved in with a suitcase of clothes, a corkscrew and a kettle... I hadn't anticipated having to move out of our last place so this has all been a bit stressful but you know what, John would be so proud that I pulled it off and found me and Bear an even better gaff to 'temporarily' call home'.

And the sweet link to John is that the house she is currently living in was designed by the same architects who designed Ghost House, BPN Architects - and it's similar in design.

Ghost House is a veritable James Bond villain bunker entirely in 5,000 sq ft of exposed concrete, entered through a black reflecting pool.

The entire first floor is the main bedroom: all concrete and an en suite that only Lorna used and there is also a cinema room.

Lorna said that John gave her a list of rules to make sure she was safe after he died - including not wearing the 15ct engagement ring he bought her.

She has it stored away in another property for safekeeping because he didn't want her to be a target.

John and Lorna met when she was aged 25, during her eight-year stint as a flight attendant on Virgin Atlantic.

He gave up his career as a banker to build a brand with her, racking up £300k worth of debt when they started, but having such huge belief in her that he had no doubt she would become a success.

Lorna has also revealed she was considering having children after John's tragic death.

Lorna and John would regularly share pictures from inside their home

And in her first interview since his passing, she reflected on her wonderful lavish life with the former banker as she addressed their choice to not have children.

Explaining that they had tried for children when they had first got married when she was 26, she said that when she didn't get pregnant she decided to focus on her career.

Reflecting on the decision she said: 'Over the past couple of years I’d say, "Do you think we should have done something about that? Shall we go and get me checked out?"

'But then John got ill… I don’t dwell on what might have been, but just recently I was asking the guy who does my Botox if I should freeze my eggs.'

She told The Times: 'I’ve always been part of a partnership; now I’ve got these big decisions to make alone.'

John was originally diagnosed with a rare form of cancer in 2023, but after a period of remission his cancer returned the following year, spreading to his brain.

The millionaire banker was rushed back to hospital with organ failure following a complication with his chemotherapy and fell ill with sepsis shortly before Christmas. Lorna was told to 'prepare for the worst', but he was home in time to spend Christmas Day with Luxe, before passing away on February 11.

Last month Lorna struggled to hold back tears while preparing to revisit the sprawling Warwickshire home she shared with her late husband weeks after his death to cancer.

Lorna was forced to go back for a progress report without John, telling followers that the prospect of returning to the three-bedroom Warwickshire home without her husband was 'bittersweet.'

She wrote: 'I'm having to be John today and head to Ghost House in a bit for the quarterly site progress meeting.

'All the contractors working the site are going to walk me through their plans, and then I get to share anything I want changing.

'We were both so excited to get back to there. Very bittersweet this.'

In a second post, she appeared to fight back tears while outlining her plans to return home for a site visit, with work on the home currently months over a planned six month time frame.

She said: 'I've got a busy day today. I'm going to Ghost House shortly, and there's a big meeting happening today where all the people that have been working together on the rebuild are coming together to just explain what they've been doing, what we've got to do next, and how on track are we?'

'I've been told it's going to be August that I get the house back, so it'll have been a year since John and I moved out. It's meant to be six months, so massively over the time frame, but I think I'm going to get a house back that I'm really happy with.

'And yeah, be really nice to be home. I'm really missing it now - I don't know what the next few months are going to look like for me, so I'm not going to think about it, but the game plan is moving back in August.'
