Lori Harvey and her boyfriend of nearly one year, Damson Idris, have officially split.
The model, 26, and the Snowfall actor, 32, confirmed in the news in a joint statement shared with The Hollywood Reporter on Tuesday.
‘We are at a point in our lives where our individual paths require our full attention and dedication,’ the statement began.
‘We part ways remaining friends with nothing but love and respect for each other and the time we shared together.’
The couple began dating at some point in December 2022 but waited until January to make things Instagram official.

Days ago, fans noticed that Lori had completely wiped all sign of Damson for her Instagram. Damson then did the same.
The duo were then photographed arriving separately to Odell Beckham Jr.’s party on Monday amid the initial rumors of their breakup.
Lori was seen walking in without Damson and almost risked a run-in with the Swarm actor.
The entrepreneur was seen making her way into the star-studded bash all by herself but seemingly in high spirits.
For the party, she donned a racy outfit featuring a gray graphic T-shirt tucked into just a pair of cheeky panties and sheer tights.
She donned a pair of black, suede kitten heels and accessorized with a dazzling diamond chain around her neck.
She also showcased a pair of massive diamond studded earrings with her raven black tresses thrown up into a sleek topknot.
For makeup, she rocked sultry, dark eyeliner to highlight her eyes and a coral pink blush for a healthy flush.

He also sported a pair of black hightop canvas sneakers to finish off his look.
This comes just a day after the pair deleted all photos of each other off of their Instagram accounts, sparking rumors of a split.
Fans speculated that the pair had broken up after less than a year together.
Many fans also noted that Harvey showing up to Kendall Jenner’s star-studded Halloween party alone was a clear indicator that the pair were on the rocks.
The last time they were publicly spotted together was in late September in Paris, France.
In early October, Harvey also took to her Instagram Story to share the most recent and last photo with Idris, which showed him sleeping on her shoulder.
The couple have been dating for nearly one year as they public debuted their romance and went Instagram official on Harvey’s birthday in January.
They were first rumored to be dating when they were spotted together for the first time at LA hotspot Catch in December 2022.
A month after going Instagram official, in February, they made their red carpet debut together at the Los Angeles premiere of the final season of Snowfall.
The pair were spotted putting on a passionate display of affection — holding hands and sharing kisses throughout the event and afterparty.

In the past year, the couple also enjoyed many couple’s trips together — all of which have now been archived and removed from both of their Instagram pages.
Previously, Harvey was in a relationship with Black Panther star Michael B. Jordan for a year and a half before they broke up in June 2022.
The entrepreneur is known for keeping her life private and not responding to rumors as evidenced by her past relationships and breakups with Jordan as well as Future.
She dated the rapper, 39, for about nine months between late 2019 and the summer of 2020.
A year after their breakup and shortly after confirming her relationship with Jordan, Harvey made a rare public response and addressed her dating life as well as proclivity to privacy in an interview with Bustle.
‘I think they get from me that I try to just not let any type of negativity or rumors or anything like that make me stoop down to that level and go back and forth with it or whatever,’ she told the outlet about her calm, cool and collected demeanor.
She added that she doesn’t like to make public responses but rather ‘just maintain my position of I know who I am.
‘I know what’s going on,’ she explained.
