Per TMZ, Muldoon's girlfriend found him unconscious in their home and called 911.
Richards, 55, previously dated Muldoon for three years after meeting on the set of Starship Troopers in 1997 and remained close friends following their split in 2000.
Lola, 20, took to Instagram to share a paparazzi photo of her mom and Muldoon together in a car.
In her post, she gushed about how Muldoon was a 'huge part of our family' and said she 'always begged' her mom to rekindle her romance with him.

During a 2019 episode of the , Richards spoke about her longtime friendship with Muldoon.
'I've known Patrick Muldoon since I was 19 years old. We call each other "schweet babe" because we had nicknames on Starship Troopers for everyone.'
She also previously revealed that they briefly ended their friendship while she was married to Charlie Sheen, with whom Richards .
