Ant McPartlin's ex-wife Lisa Armstrong has dropped the price of their former marital home for the third time, after struggling to sell it.

The lavish five-bed west London property located on an exclusive street in Chiswick was worth in the region of £7-£8million, but dropped to less than half its value after a fire in September 2023.
After initially listing it for £4million in May 2024, the home is now on the market for £3.2million.
Lisa, 49, had been renting out the property in the wake of her divorce from Ant, 50, but is now hoping the reduced asking price might finally generate a buyer.
'Lisa is keen to get it sold. She has had a lot of interest, but is no nearer to selling it,' a source told The Sun.

'The damage from the fire appears to be putting people off – it'll take at least another £1million to put it right. She just wants to see the back of it.'

Daily Mail has contacted Lisa and Ant's representatives for comment.
Lisa initially put the house up for sale in May 2024 for £4million, but took it off the market in January having slashed the asking price by £250,000.

But eight months later, it was listed for sale once again at £3.4million.
Potential buyers would have a restoration job on their hands, given many of the rooms still show signs of the fire. The inferno caused damages in excess of £1million.
The property includes an 80ft south facing rear garden - with a self-contained garden studio, as well as a gym room and games/cinema room/bar area, according to the listing.
The photos show off the spacious pad and garden, which is adorned with trees and decking, as well as the fire damaged walls and floors in some of the rooms.
Lisa was awarded the house as part of her £31m divorce deal from Ant, 49, in 2020 before she purchased a property nearby where she currently lives.

The divorced couple, who split in 2018, bought the house, for £2.3million in 2006.
Ant went on to marry his former personal assistant, Anne-Marie Corbett, in 2021 and the pair had their first child together, son Wilder Patrick McPartlin, in May 2024.

Earlier this month, it was revealed Ant had purchased a vast new-build on an exclusive street in Surrey for a record price of more than £10million.
It is said his purchase is costing the star more than £1million in stamp duty alone.
While it's undisclosed which estate Ant has moved to, most of them are located in the north of the county.
This means he will be close to the motorway network, giving him easy access to both London and Gatwick and Heathrow airports - perfect for his presenting gigs.
The presenter is sure to feel at home in the celebrity enclave with stars such as Sir Cliff Richard, John Terry, Stormzy and Gary Lineker residing in the county.

Ant sold his luxury house in Wimbledon, south-west London, two months ago after a planning dispute with neighbours.
One local in the village said: 'Apparently, it is a record sale for the area and it's all anyone is gossiping about.
'It is one of the prime private estates in an acre of grounds so he shouldn't have trouble with the neighbours any more.'
Ant won't need to worry about the mortgage as he has just signed a £30million golden handcuffs ITV deal with TV partner and best friend Declan Donnelly.

It's thought that Ant rushed to join ex Lisa at the vet hours after attending the BGT press conference in London.
The pair then made the heartbreaking decision to have Hurley put to sleep, after learning their 12-year-old dog was too ill to recover.
The Sun On Sunday reported that Ant and Lisa were both able to see Hurley beforehand, and the presenter was with the dog as he peacefully passed away.
