The sale almost doubled the original purchase price of $4.6million the British-born photographer paid in 2021 for the three-bedroom two-bathroom home.
Located in ritzy Watson's Bay, 12km from the CBD, the property was built in the 1840s as a fisherman's cottage and later converted into a stylish modern home.
Details of the sale have been withheld, but The Daily Telegraph reports that the gorgeous free-standing house was sold in just three days for over $8million.
Henderson bought the artfully redesigned property after Jackie Henderson sold the former couple's Vaucluse mansion for just over $6.5million in 2020.
Situated just minutes from the famed tourist destination of Watson's Bay, the property features lofty ceilings and a thoughtful open-plan design.

Lee later moved on with Brazilian jiu-jitsu instructor partner Gabriella Motta.
The pair were first linked romantically in 2019.
