The fourth husband of has already made unsubstantiated claims of his large wealth but in a new interview has said it is time to 'drop the facade'.

Lee has now claimed he makes between $2-5million each year with the US . It is roughly £1.5m - £3.5m.

According to The Sun, he also has another revenue stream thanks to a past relationship with a Russian dignitry and an alleged 'repatriation program' with the US .

Lee said he won't name the woman, though said it sees him move 'millions' of dollars into the US Treasury.

He started by saying: 'I think it's time people met the real me rather than the facade.'

Lee has now claimed he makes between $2-4million each year, thanks to the US stock market . According to The Sun, he also has another revenue stream thanks to a past relationship with a Russian dignitry and an alleged 'repatriation program' with the US Federal Reserve .

Explaining in his own words how exactly it works, Lee said: 'I'm banking most of this, which means it gets put under a redemption, as the US wants most of its own notes back. I think that's by royal decree, as requested by [Donald] Trump at the moment. 

'I get 65 cents on the dollar back for every £100 million pallet, so 35 [cents] goes where it goes, with amnesty letter of course, so I can legally take this into the bank.' 

However, the Federal Reserve Board confirms that individuals cannot repatriate money through the central bank.

Only foreign central banks, governments and international organisations and that individuals must use commercial banks or other financial institutions to move money into the US.

Even if Lee's new claims about his income are true, it would still leave him incredibly short to purchase Chelsea FC.

Ex-fiancée Alana Percival, 32, who accepted a marriage proposal from Andrews just 16 weeks before he exchanged vows with Price, has accused him of scamming money out of her and making false claims about his personal wealth and various achievements. 

Meanwhile, despite Lee insisting he was not under a travel ban by authorities in Dubai, Katie confirmed he actually is. 

It was previously reported he spent three weeks locked up in a Dubai jail for allegedly forging his ex-girlfriend's signature to take out a £200,000 loan in her name - which he denies.

As a result, Lee is said to be banned from leaving the country.

While he has always insisted he is not under a travel ban, Katie during the latest episode of her podcast with her sister.

She explained: 'Of course I’m going back to Dubai and Lee will come here when he needs to.
