Despite the exes publicly announcing they had split in November 2025, Lauren shared they were still communicating 'all day every day'.
Lauren, 26, explained that they originally broke up to 'work on themselves' but always planned to reunite and have a 'future together'.
Speaking to Joe Baggs on the Not My Bagg podcast, Lauren said she 'genuinely trusted' Harrison, 23, as she shared her heartache.
She said: 'I feel like I'm having to go through a break up all over again because really nothing changed between me and him apart from we weren't spending loads of time together in person, that's the only difference.

Harrison, 23, entered the Love Island All Stars villa on Monday night as a bombshell - despite Lauren claiming the pair were 'still together'
'I actually thought we were stronger than we had ever been. Now I feel I'm having to deal with a sudden break up again but getting no closure.'
Describing the moment she realised Harrison may have gone into All Stars, she said: 'We spoke all day every day, I replied to his message and he never responded.

'I rang him Sunday afternoon because I never heard from him all day so I was starting to panic. I rang him at 4pm in the afternoon and that's when I thought "Oh no, surely not there must be another reason."
'And then a day later after I saw something, I called again and his phone didn't go through.'
Lauren said she was blindsided by Harrison's shock All Stars appearance after they both promised to never sign up to the spin-off series.
She said: 'It did technically end in November but it wasn't the case of ending because one of us didn't want to be together. It was a case of going off, working on ourselves and the plan was get back together and see our future together - until recently.
'We had multiple conversations, time and time again. There was not much speculation about me going on but there was a lot about him going on.

'So every time it would come up on TikTok I would ask him and he would be like "Loz, I promise you I'm not going on there".

'We both agreed it wouldn't be the right thing to do and it would break either of our hearts if one of us go on there and that was just the agreement we had.
'Obviously if in a year's time we wasn't back together, then yeah fair enough go and do it. But we promised each other we would not do that and that was the case right up until he went.'

She added: 'The hard part is, I actually believed him. I had his back through it all and said he would never do that to me. Up until two weeks ago I was saying "he wouldn't do that, no way".
'I said to him I'm so happy you proved everyone wrong and he let me sit there and say that knowing he was going on.'

Watching the scenes unfold, Lauren was stunned when Harrison said they were 'cool and friends' as she watched him speak about their failed relationship while chatting up the girls.
Speaking back in November, the influencer added their split was a mutual decision and said there was no bad blood.

The pair met in the villa last year and became caught up in a love triangle where Harrison ultimately left the show to be with Lauren after she was dumped (seen in July)
Meanwhile, just weeks before heading into the villa, Harrison confessed that he still had 'a lot of love' for Lauren, but it had become too hard to find time for each other.
Speaking to The Daily Mail, he revealed: 'Life's obviously been really full-on since leaving the villa.

'Obviously between work, travel, and everything going on, it just became really hard to find time to really focus on each other. I didn't want it to get to that point. I don't think either of us did, but we just had to have a conversation.
'We sat down, had an open and honest conversation and have decided to part ways but there's no bad blood at all.
'We just drifted a bit after the show, which is it's unfortunate, but we're still on really good terms. I've still got a lot of love for her and I wish her all the best as well.'
During his first stint on the show, Harrison caused quite a stir during his time in the villa after his explosive love triangle with Lauren and US star Toni Laites.
Toni went on to win the show with her now boyfriend Cach Mercer and has since relocated to London.

His actions were condemned by viewers, but much to his dismay, Women's Aid also criticised his actions by releasing a damning statement claiming his behaviour 'reinforces a culture that excuses and trivialises violence against women and girls.'
Reflecting on his actions four months later, he explained: 'I acknowledged what was said about me when I was on the show.
'Obviously, it wasn't nice seeing any of that stuff when I first came out of the show and how it affected my family and stuff like that,

'But like I said before in previous interviews, I've made mistakes but, I like to think that I've grown from them.
'I feel like I'm a different person now than I was six months ago, and I feel like that's all I can really do is grow from the situation and grow from my experience in there.'
