The comedienne was playing a patient in a hospital bed who flirts with her handsome doctor before being glammed up in gold in the clever clip.
Fans rushed to social media to comment on the Spy star's appearance.
Many wanted to know if she took Ozempic to lose the weight while others claimed she had 'Ozempic face.'

Ozempic face is when a person looks gaunt from sudden weight loss, however, McCarthy did not look gaunt, her countenance just seemed much slimmer in a healthy way.

This comes after she looked trim at the Golden Globe Awards while in a form-fitting black gown by designer Christian Siriano.
The comedienne also had a row of gold accents going down the front of the dress while she added long diamond earrings and held onto a gold clutch purse.

McCarthy's date for the night was her longtime husband Ben Falcone. McCarthy and Falcone share two teen daughters together, Vivian, 18, and Georgette, 16.
Fans went wild for her thinner frame as they took to X with comments: 'Wow, I have never seen her that slender before,' wrote one while another added, 'She getting skinny 4 sure.'
One said, 'Looks like Ozempic has done well for her' then there was this comment: 'I demand to know if she is on Ozempic, she needs to fess up.'
The Bridesmaids star has sparked Ozempic speculation, but has yet to confirm or deny using the medication to aid in her weight loss journey.
In April 2024, Hollywood icon Barbra Streisand publicly asked McCarthy if she was on Ozempic in a now-deleted Instagram comment.

Streisand commented on a photo of McCarthy, saying, 'Give him my regards did you take Ozempic?'
She later clarified she intended to compliment her friend but 'forgot the world is reading.' The former ZNL star did not comment on the question.

McCarthy has been open about her weight fluctuating up and down over the years.
And when it comes to her recent weight loss, it is estimated that the star has lost anywhere from 75lbs to 95lbs.
'I'll be up, I'll be down, probably for the rest of my life,' she told Refinery29 back in 2019.
'The thing is, if that is the most interesting thing about me, I need to go have a lavender farm in Minnesota and give this up. There has to be something more.'
McCarthy previously talked about not rushing when it comes to losing weight during an appearance on Breakfast Club Power 105.1 FM in 2018, per Today.

While filming the 2015 movie Spy, McCarthy talked about keeping up with workouts to train for her role in the action comedy, such as strength training.
