Lala Kent is opening up about her sobriety while celebrating five years of clean living on Sunday.
The 33-year-old Vanderpump Rules star – who recently slammed Rachel Leviss for blocking ex Tom Sandoval’s brands – shared a throwback snap of her and her daughter Ocean in an amusement park ride on Instagram Sunday.
She also shared a heartfelt message about when she realized that this day five years earlier was her ‘rock bottom’ moment.
‘I’ve been sober for 5 years today. On this day I replay my rock bottom moment. All the details of what happened on this day,’ she said.
‘Waking up, admitting I was powerless, and for the first time in many years seeing the light at the end of the tunnel,’ she said.

‘I’m so grateful for this day. I will continue to work hard for my sobriety, & take a moment of silence for the alcoholic who still suffers,’ she continued.

Kent also got congratulatory messages from many fans, including Real Housewives of Orange County star Tamra Judge, who said, ‘So proud of you.’

Last month, Kent blasted Vanderpump Rules star Rachel Leviss for blocking Tom Sandoval’s brands after her affair with him.
‘I see that the mental health facility really helped her. She’s just come so far. She’s just so removed from this world,’ Kent said sarcastically.
‘You know, I really tried, dude. Rachel, I really tried. And you are just beyond, like, helpless,’ she added.
Adding that she ‘can’t believe’ Leviss blocked Sandoval, she said: ‘Honey, we’ve moved on. That happened 500 years ago, right? And if you had something to say, you should’ve strapped on your ovaries and you should’ve [returned to] the show after you blew everyone’s world up, and you should’ve addressed it.’
