It was completed in 1984 and was one of the first high rise strata buildings in Sydney.
The current owners of the apartment, Gavin Holland and Kelly McNamara, speculated the property would have been host to some lively parties.
‘I know that back in those days there was a lot of socialising that went on, for want of a better word. In this building, there’ve been suicides, murders, famous and infamous people — all sorts of stuff,’ Holland told Newscorp.

They also touted the stunning view.
‘Kylie and Michael would have enjoyed socialising on the balcony and New Year’s Eve as well,’ Holland said.

Michael killed himself in a Sydney hotel room at the age of 37.
In 2015, Kylie discussed their relationship during an interview on BBC Radio 4’s Desert Island Discs.
‘He was this wild guy, he was the rocker, he was all of that. But I’m always at pains to say, he was Byron-esque, he was poetic, he was cultured and hilarious and tender,’ the popstar reflected.
