She has properties all over Australia, but for Real Housewives of Sydney star Krissy Marsh, her luxury waterfront home in Noosa is the one that has it all.
Perched on the water’s edge on one of the Sunshine Coast’s most expensive streets, the $10million trophy home is the family of five’s go-to holiday destination.
‘Some people are hellbent going overseas, I’m not that person,’ Krissy tells Daily Mail Australia over a glass of bubbly.
‘I’d prefer to be here with all of my family and friends where everyone comes together.’
‘I always wanted a beach house to be chaotic, filled with people, food and champagne!’
The six-bedroom, four-bathroom home boasts a 3,000 bottle wine cellar and comes with its own private jetty and swimming pool.
The Marsh family dogs – Elvis, Frank, Bondi and Bronte – join the family on their Noosa holiday
The housewives veteran (pictured) said the Noosa home is her family’s favourite holiday spot
‘We entertain a lot, most dinners we usually have around 20 people.’
‘The house is virtually indestructible and it is a forever home for us.’ she adds.
The home exudes coastal sophistication with soft furnishings, fine art photography, polished concrete and high ceilings.
Other trappings of Krissy’s lavish holiday home include rustic shells and coral from local store Coastal Vintage and photography prints from Slim Aarons and nude artist Dina Broadhurst.
‘I had a bunk room modelled off Kris Jenner’s Palm Springs house’ she says.

‘My favourite room in the house is our bedroom it overlooks the river and is so tranquil in the mornings.’
Much like her coastal interiors the recent cookbook author says her fashion style is more relaxed up north.
‘My Noosa style is fuzzy hair, I get around with no makeup and live in a Melissa Odabash bikini.’
Even the family dogs Elvis, Frank, Bondi and Bronte have adopted a more relaxed style.
‘The jewelled collars they wore on Housewives come off and they’re in beach-mode’ laughs Krissy.

Krissy is a veteran Sydney housewife
‘Holidays for us mean bringing the dogs, so they come up here and go on the boat and go swimming in the ocean.’
‘We love water activities; crabbing, fishing, surfing, paddle boarding, we also love going for beach barbeques,’ she adds.
The former real estate agent turned property developer is billed as the resident ‘Property Princess’ on the Foxtel reality show.
It’s not hard to see why – the mum-of-three and husband Johnny’s Noosa portfolio includes a neighbouring five bedroom home in the exclusive street as well as a nearby warehouse to house their boats, jetskies and water toys.
Despite the drama that played out on the Real Housewives of Sydney, which has largely involved herself and co-stars Kate Adams and Victoria Montano.
Krissy says she would welcome all the ladies to her luxury abode if they return for another season.
‘I’d love to see Terry [Biviano] set a crab pot while standing on a paddleboard,’ she laughs.
‘Caroline would be lopsided with her boobs spilling out – can you imagine!?’
The Sunshine Coast’s luxury property market includes fellow celebrity homeowners Karl and Jasmine Stefanovic, celebrity accountant Anthony Bell and Australia’s richest person Gina Rinehart.
