Kirstie Allsopp has revealed the Christmas present that her Location, Location, Location co-star Phil Spencer gets her every single year.
The TV presenter and property expert, 52, has lifted the lid on her festive celebrations and what her loved ones and friends treat her to.
It has been a tough year for Phil who lost both his parents in August earlier this year.
The presenter, 53, announced his father David, 89, and mother Anne, 82, had died in a crash on their family farm in Littlebourne, near Canterbury, Kent, as they were making their way to the pub for some lunch.
He has no doubt been supported by close friend Kirstie who has been chatting about the gift he always gives her – ham.

She told The Mirror: ‘Phil gets me the same present every year. Should he change the present he gives me every year, I’d be horrified — it’s a ham. I’m going to have it over New Year.
‘My parents always had a Christmas ham and I wasn’t aware of how much I missed that as a part of Christmas until one year, I get this ham from Phil.
‘Ham and scrambled eggs, ham sandwiches, bubble and squeak, ham and salad — it’s the most useful thing to have in the house around Christmas time. It lasts for ages and you can freeze it.’
She also told the publication that this year she is going to New York for Christmas with her partner Ben Andersen and their sons Bay, 17, and Oscar, 15.
It comes after in September Kirstie was forced to pull out filming the new series of Location, Location, Location after falling down a flight of stairs in a London pub.
The star was left ‘battered and bruised’ following the accident, after which emergency services were called and she was rushed to hospital.
Confirming her hospitalisation on Instagram, she told followers at the time: ‘Today is Wednesday, and it’s a working day. I should be out filming Location, Location, Location.
‘Except yesterday, when we were in a pub in Stoke Newington, filming a chat with our lovely house hunters Beth and Rory, I went off to the loo.
‘And unfortunately I got something wrong and I ended up falling down an entire flight of stairs.’
She told The Mirror: ‘Phil gets me the same present every year. Should he change the present he gives me every year, I’d be horrified — it’s a ham. I’m going to have it over New Year’

Kirsty added that she felt incredibly lucky not to have broken any bones but was left in extreme pain after the fall.
She said: ‘It was, I think without a doubt, the scariest thing and most painful thing I have ever done in my life and I feel immensely blessed to be lying here in bed and not having broken anything. I’m bruised and battered.
‘I went and had an x-ray and a CT scan. And I’ve been looked over by a lovely doctor.’
Kirsty thanked the paramedics who came and lifted her off the floor and apologised to the crew members who heard her screams in their earpieces during the fall.
The star added that her co-star Phil would be stepping in for her on the show, saying: ‘Hopefully if I am feeling up to it I will Facetime them to give my advice from bed.’
Kirsty was advised by doctors to get plenty of bed rest and her bruises mean that ‘sitting or going in the car was out of the question’.
She said: ‘Sadly that spa weekend I was taking my sister on is no longer happening, but I am really grateful, to be honest it was quite comic…
‘When I was lying with my dress around my waist on the pub floor, I thought, ‘Oh my god there is a comic element to it.’
‘There were so many people that were so kind and helpful, Bernie from Enfield, Hayley from New York, and you know, you rely on the kindness of strangers when you are in that situation so I am very grateful.’

Sharing the update on Instagram, Kirsty captioned the clip: ‘News from bed…stupidly I went head first down a pub staircase yesterday morning while filming @c4locationsofficial.
‘I am battered & bruised and putting my pants on is a struggle but I’ll be back on track soon.
‘@PhilSpencerTV is stepping into the breach and is taking over with my house hunters. On L,L,L what comes first is the lovely people who give up their time to house hunt with us and we must never forget that.’
Phil returned to work on Location, Location, Location earlier that month after losing both his parents in a car accident.
