Kirsten Dunst admitted trying to find time alone with two young children can be hard.
While reflecting on navigating motherhood and her busy schedule, the 41-year-old Golden Globe nominee, who shares sons, Ennis, 5, and James, 2, with her husband Jesse Plemons joked that she only gets to unwind after everyone else in her household falls asleep.
‘When everyone is asleep, and I can watch the shows I want like The Bachelor,’ she told People. ‘But honestly not even a shower is sacred at this point. Nothing is.’
When about about her last perfect day off, the actress mused that ‘you never have a day off’ with two kids.

‘Right now it’s being on a plane with no Wi-Fi. And people bring you food. That feels like a spa day for a mom,’ the Marie Antoinette star said.
As for the last time she stayed up past her bedtime, Dunst said it was on her husband’s birthday on April 2.
‘I couldn’t tell you until what time. I just passed out,’ the performer confessed.
Dunst and Plemons tied the knot at the GoldenEye resort in Ocho Rios, Jamaica after six years of dating.
Dunst was technically still dating her On the Road leading man Garrett Hedlund when she originally began working with Plemons on the Calgary set of FX’s Fargo in 2015.
‘We fell in love creatively first,’ the New Jersey-born blonde gushed to the LA Times in 2021.
‘He was like a creative soul mate to me and the way we both work. On Fargo, I knew after two weeks. I didn’t remember saying this, but one of my best friends told me that I said to her that “I will know this man for the rest of my life. I just know it.” Just because I felt such an immediate connection.’
Earlier this month, Dunst revealed that her and Jimmy Kimmel’s son got into a schoolyard squabble.

While appearing on the host’s late-night talk show, the actress and Kimmel recalled a disagreement their kids got into.
‘They had a fight, you know? Did you hear about this?’ he asked Dunst.
‘Oh, I heard in our parent-teacher conference. Ms. Julie told me about it,’ she replied.
‘I think Billy was sitting in a chair and Ennis then went to maybe sharpen a pencil or something,’ she explained.

‘[He] came back, saw there was an empty chair and sat in it, and Billy came back and was mad that Ennis was in his chair,’ Dunst said.
Kimmel said he heard a ‘similar story,’ in which they ‘both cried.’
Dunst corroborated the story, adding: ‘It was the only drama, I heard. But they’re a very sweet group of boys.’
Kimmel and wife Molly are parents to daughter Jane, 9, and 6-year-old William ‘Billy’ John.
