D4vd was arrested for the murder of 14-year-old Celeste Rivas on Thursday, months after her remains were found in the front trunk of a that had been impounded at a Hollywood tow yard and that police said was registered to his Texas address.

He was apprehended this week at a Hollywood Hills rental property that was once owned by none other than Bullock, 61, TMZ reported. 

By the time D4vd was staying there, the four-bedroom three-bedroom house had not been owned by Bullock since 2018 and was being let out to tenants for $17,500 a month, .

Bullock first acquired the sumptuous bungalow for $1.48 million in 2001 - the year after she - and kept hold of the house for 17 years until she finally offloaded it for $2.9 million.

Built in 1942, the property is on a block peopled by such residents as Kimmel, who was reportedly caught up in the pandemonium of the D4vd arrest.

Police had shut down the road to the house so they could search the building, and the order was still in force at around 8pm as Kimmel was driving home, sources said.

However the authorities were still allowing local residents to reach their own properties, so Kimmel was evidently permitted to pass through the roadblock.

Neighbors said the Tesla was moved several times over the preceding three months before it was left on Bluebird Avenue in the Hollywood Hills. 

In petitions demanding his parents testify in front of a Los Angeles County grand jury, D4vd was described as a 'target' in the death of Rivas.

'Target may be involved in having committed the following criminal offenses...: One Count of Murder,' the petition said.

D4vd's legal team released a statement saying that he did not murder Rivas and that he was not the cause of her death.

'There has been no indictment returned by any grand jury in this case and no criminal complaint filed. David has only been detained under suspicion. We will vigorously defend David’s innocence,' his lawyers said.

After D4vd's arrest, the LAPD Burke is being held without bail.'

The case will be presented to the Los Angeles County District Attorney's office on Monday.

The grand jury investigation into D4vd Jurors were presented evidence by prosecutors and relevant individuals were called testify, including D4vd's managers and a friend of D4vd, Neo Langston.

According to ABC News, in September police obtained a search warrant for a home Burke had been staying at in Hollywood Hills, where they seized a computer.
