Not every celebrity spent the Fourth of July weekend in Manhattan. As Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce celebrated their wedding at Madison Square Garden, Kendall Jenner, her rumored boyfriend Jacob Elordi, and longtime friends Justin and Hailey Bieber were roughly 2,500 miles away, enjoying a much quieter getaway at Jenner's lake house in Idaho.

The foursome was spotted piling into a speedboat docked at Jenner's property inside the exclusive Gozzer Ranch Golf & Lake Club on Lake Coeur d'Alene, a retreat favored by A-listers looking to escape the spotlight. Video from the outing showed the group, joined by a few additional friends, cruising the lake in relaxed, holiday-weekend fashion.

The timing sparked plenty of online chatter, given that the outing unfolded at almost the exact moment Swift and Kelce were exchanging vows in New York. It remains unclear whether any of the four were invited to the wedding in the first place.

Swift's history with Jenner's sister Kim Kardashian has been well documented, tracing back to the fallout over Kanye West's 2016 song "Famous." Hailey Bieber's rumored tension with Swift's close friend Selena Gomez has also fueled speculation about the guest list, while Justin Bieber's past support for Scooter Braun during Swift's dispute over her music catalog added another layer to the online speculation.

Regardless of the reasons, the Idaho crew appeared to have their own low-key celebration well away from the cameras — at least until an eyewitness happened to catch the boat pulling away from the dock.
