Kelsey Parker Reflects on Tough Fourth Anniversary

 has discussed her 'hardest month of the year' while sharing a poignant tribute to her late husband Tom on the fourth anniversary of his death.

Kelsey, 35, vowed to be 'louder' about brain as she urged people to raise awareness on Brain Tumour Awareness Month.

Tom tragically passed away aged 33 in March 2022 after bravely fighting a stage four glioblastoma, an inoperable type of brain tumour.   

Taking to Instagram on Sunday, Kelsey shared a tear-jerking Instagram clip highlighting some fond memories of her much-loved 'best friend and soulmate'.

In the video, star is seen looking radiant, laughing and playing around with their two children Aurelia, 6, and Bodhi, four. 

The very candid post was accompanied by Christina Perri's famous ballad A Thousand Years, showing some of the last moments of the doting dad.

'This is the hardest month of the year for us.

'Not only is it Brain Tumour Awareness Month, it also marks 4 years since I lost my best friend, my soulmate, the most incredible daddy to our children.

'Four years without you, Tom… and yet the fight still continues.

'Brain cancer remains the biggest cancer killer of children and adults under 40, yet it receives just 1% of national cancer funding. That has to change!

'So this month, I will be louder. I will share more. I will speak your name and fight for every family walking this path.

'For you. Always. ❤️✨.'

Just earlier last month, Kelsey, who is now in a relationship with boyfriend Will Lindsay,  in occasion of World Cancer Day.

In a video, she said: 'Today is World Cancer Day. For some people, that's just a day on the calendar. For us, it's a line in our life that split everything into before and after. 

'Before cancer, I was a wife and mum, busy with normal life, normal worries. After cancer, I understood how fragile everything really is. 

'Losing Tom to a brain tumour, didn't just break my heart, it changed the way I saw the world forever. It's love that has nowhere to go.
