Now Barbara and Dylan, 33, have revealed they are 'very excited' to welcome their daughter as they opened up on his new podcast, Wildmen.
Barbara said: 'Do you want to share?' Dylan replied: 'Yeah, we've been calling her principessa. Which I don't know why that's been our like...well, it's Italian for princess.
'But no, we are having a baby girl, which I'm very excited about. I'm excited to be a girl dad, actually.'

She joked: 'You're going to be so stressed about the princess.'

The couple added that they are still going 'back and forth' on names and have yet to settle on a moniker for the tot.
The Victoria's Secret beauty admitted she hasn't 'enjoyed' her pregnancy as much as she'd have liked but she's struggled with symptoms including back pain, difficulty sleeping and a change in her appetite.
She said: 'Sometimes I feel guilty because I'm not enjoying pregnancy as much as a lot of women out there. I know it's a gift. It's hard to breathe. I don't know if the mic is picking it up.
'I do feel similarities from the first trimester cuz my hunger is getting crazy. If I don't eat, I'm nauseous. I have a lot of stomach acid.

'I should be eating more protein. That was my mistake the first trimester, too, that I wasn't eating.'
The couple always knew they wanted children but Barbara has endometriosis - a condition where tissue from the uterus grows elsewhere in the body - which can cause fertility issues, so she underwent surgery in June 2025 to help improve her chances of getting pregnant.
She said: 'We wanted to get the surgery done before we started trying. They cleared out everything in the surgery and there's an easier chance to get pregnant'.

Barbara was also reportedly home at the time of the incident and was the one to call 911 to report the intruder.

In footage obtained by the outlet, the suspect was seen being handcuffed and taken away by police outside his estate. The outlet reported that the couple did not want the alleged intruder booked for trespassing.
Instead, the Los Angeles Police Department arrested the suspect for warrants.
Dylan bought the four-bedroom, two-bathroom estate, which is valued at nearly $2 million, in 2021.
