Kelsey explained that a midwife couldn't get to their home in time and 'when Phoenix came out you could quite clearly see that he was no longer with us.'

The family then called the emergency services and 'from there it was just horrendous, really, really horrendous how I was treated, how Will was treated and how the whole family was treated was absolutely shocking.'

Because there was no medical professional there to confirm the cause of death, the paramedics then called the police.

'The paramedics arrived and they took Phoenix from me, so I only ever got to hold Phoenix for nine minutes,' Kelsey said, adding that because her partner Will filmed the birth, when watching the footage back they could feel the energy shift, and 'the anger.'

Kelsey said 'when I walked out of my house, the police walked in and they called it a crime scene.'

'I'm going through this and I'm thinking "what do they think I've done?" And the children were at home as well. I said "can we watch the vocab that's happening in this house because the children can hear everything that's going on".

Kelsey then explained the emotional turmoil when she was separated from her son who was put in an ambulance and taken to resus while she was taken to a maternity ward.

'I pleaded with them, "one, can I be with my son but two, please don't put me on the maternity ward where people are giving birth to babies that I am going to hear crying". They still put me on maternity.'

Kelsey also explained how she met with the ambulance service to review her care, but was left shocked by their response.

'When I met with the ambulance service they said they were sorry but their paramedics hadn't seen a dead baby before,' she explained.

'So that just broke me as well, what's my reply to that? You're the people that I'm relying on in that situation,' later adding that all she wanted on that night was 'kindness and compassion.'

As Cat praised her for being strong in the midst of so much grief over the past few years, Kelsey admitted: 'I've got no other option to be strong... Maybe I'm sent these things to help other people, I am resilient, I am strong and I'm really positive.'

On Sunday, the anniversary of losing Phoenix and Father's Day, Kelsey shared a photo in front of a memorial bench dedicated to her son and her late husband Tom Parker

Kelsey and Will announced they are expecting late last month, with the influencer sharing a photo of the sonogram alongside crystals and a white feather.

'And somehow, through all the heartbreak, it feels like Tom and Phoenix have sent us another little gift from heaven our little rainbow baby'.
