has detailed why she's always there for those she cares about in a heartbreaking post, writing: 'because I know how it feels when no one is there for you.'
The daughter of Sharon and the late took to Instagram Stories on Tuesday to share the post after hitting back at those who have criticised her body during the 'hardest time of her life.'
While Kelly, 41, and her mother Sharon, 73, have supported one another following Ozzy's death back in July, it's fair to say that battling grief can be an isolating time, particularly when dealing with negative comments online.
Kelly was forced to defend her appearance once again following Saturday night's when she and Sharon took to the stage to collect a posthumous Lifetime Achievement on behalf of her beloved dad.
While Sharon did the most of the talking, Kelly could be seen clutching her mother's arm before signing off by saying 'up the villa,' a reference to her dad's favourite football team.

After seeing commentary about her appearance, Kelly shared a post by Aerosmith star Steve Tyler's daughter Mia Tyler, 47, who threw her support behind Kelly with an impassioned message alongside the caption: 'How hard is it to not be a d**k?'
The lengthy statement read: 'Public grief is not public property. Grief can change a person. That doesn't make their body a topic for debate...
'Before you comment on someone's body, consider the possibility that they're carrying something heavier than your opinion...
'It takes real strength to stand in the public eye accepting accolades for their late iconic father and hold themselves together in front of the world...

'The least we can do is show the same grace in return. Kindness costs nothing. Cruelty costs character. It's unsettling how quickly people will dissect someone's appearance instead of honouring their courage...
'If you have the kind of energy to comment, you have the energy to be kind. Choose accordingly.'
While at the BRITs, some of the Daily Mail showbiz team very briefly caught up with Kelly, while Sharon was talking to some of her acquaintances on a nearby table.
She couldn't have been nicer, was incredibly friendly and when we told her we loved her outfit, she paid compliments back and had spoken about how she likes coming to red carpet events because it's a nice excuse to glam up.

Immediately after the BRITs, Kelly blasted 'cruel' trolls for 'dissecting someone's appearance instead of honouring their courage'.
She wrote: 'There is a special kind of cruelty in harming someone who is clearly going through something...
'Kicking me while I'm down, doubting my pain, spreading my struggles as gossip, and turning your back when I need support and love most...
'None of it proves strength, it only reveals a profound absence of character. I'm currently going through the hardest time of my life. I should not even have to defend myself. But I won't sit here and allow myself to be dehumanised in such a way.'
She posed for snaps with Sharon, where the mother and daughter duo both dressed in black for the occasion as they arrived at the Co-op Live Arena.
Kelly wore a stunning black dress that featured a matching feathered jacket to keep her warm on the carpet.

Meanwhile, Sharon opted for a three-piece black suit as she proudly posed with her daughter before receiving Ozzy's bittersweet award.
Kelly's attendance at a variety of public events over recent months has prompted genuine concern for her health and wellbeing, notably during a front row appearance at London Fashion Week on Sunday.
The singer and TV personality, who denies using weight loss jabs, looked considerably slimmer while attending Ascot Millinery Collective's latest catwalk presentation at Mayfair's Claridge's.
Taking to Instagram, Kelly shared a screenshot of the distasteful message, which read: 'Looks like a dead body... she's too thin and fragile... looks like she's going to see her dad soon,' followed by a string of laughing emojis.
Commenting on Monday, the mother of one, who also shared a handful of appalled responses to the post, wrote: 'Literally can't believe how disgusting some human beings are! No one deserves this sort of abuse!'
