Kelly sported a brown jacket, a knitted beanie hat, brown leggings and green wellington boots.
The star went makeup free during the outing whilst holding her refreshing iced orange drink in hand.
Jeremy meanwhile dressed casually in a black jacket and comfortable trousers as he carried some shopping bags.
It comes after the stunning TV and radio star recently revealed she was offered a weight-loss jab before heading into the I'm A Celeb jungle last year.

Speaking on the How To Fail With Elizabeth Day podcast, Kelly said: 'I was offered Mounjaro literally last week by a doctor. Isn't that insane?'
She added: 'I said, "What do I need that for?"

'He said "everyone's on it" and I'm like "Well, I'm not". I said, "What are the side effects?", he was like, "There aren't any".
'There was a whole conversation, but I don't comply. He knows I don't comply because they try and give me all sorts of things. I know what I like.'
While discussing surgical procedures and tweakments, Kelly admitted she wasn't averse to some 'intervention' here and there, but she draws the line at using weight-loss jabs.
She said: 'I love my facials, massage, I have a little Botox because I frown a lot.
'I do do things, but when it comes to my body, I'm really precious about my body.
'I love my body, I absolutely love my body. I did a marathon this year, and I'm 45 years old.

'My body has got me through so many things, and I just love my curves, my husband loves my curves.
'I just think it's unfortunate that women feel the need to change who they are.'
Kelly and her smitten husband married in 2022 and have since starred together in La Vita Italiana, a three-part mini-series for 's This Morning.

The series followed Kelly as she adapted to life at Jeremy's family home and farm in Arpino.
