KC, who appeared on the 2020 season of the Channel Nine reality series, had been with Blake since January 2022, and the couple welcomed a son, Brooklyn, in October that year.
However, KC took to her Instagram Story this week to confirm the split – just over a year after jockey Blake suffered a horrific fall during a career-ending race that left him in a coma and with a raft of serious injuries.
KC began her lengthy post by thanking her followers for helping her to get through such a nightmarish ordeal.
'My following helped me through a tough 2025 and it will be the last time I will speak on it,' she wrote.

Continuing, KC detailed the emotional toll that Blake's accident had taken on her.

'While Blake was in a coma and I didn't know if he would make it, I would come home and put on a happy face to hide and protect B from what was going on,' KC wrote.
'I hid my pain and to be honest that experience is something I am still processing.'
Despite her trauma, KC added that she wanted to remain positive for her son.

'I stayed strong during this because I'm a mum... I did it all for Brooklyn. I did not want him to feel the trauma I was experiencing because that was his daddy... his superhero,' she added.
'Life went on and Blake made it home. Thank God.'
KC then revealed that she had parted ways with Blake, while keeping tight-lipped about the timeframe and reasons.
'2026 had another new beginning and, for all those asking, yes Blake and I have split,' she said.
'I won't say much on the matter but right now it feels very heavy. I am sad for my family.'

KC added that while still processing the split, she and Blake would continue to co-parent Brooklyn.
'Regardless, Brooklyn has two parents that love him dearly and boy are we lucky to have been blessed with such a beautiful, sweet-natured boy,' she wrote.

'I will be focusing on this transition for my son, getting back to work, and doing things that bring me joy. Everyone deserves to be happy.'
KC and Blake announced their engagement in August 2022, just a few months after revealing they were expecting their first child together.
Blake popped the question during their 'babymoon' in Hawaii, and they went on to welcome their baby boy Brooklyn in October 2022.
Things moved quickly for the couple, who went on their first date in January 2022 after Blake began following KC on social media when he watched her tie the knot on TV with her MAFS husband Drew Brauer in 2020.
Speaking with Daily Mail in April last year, KC revealed just how close Blake was to dying following his horror fall at Moruya on January 17.

'I think for Blake, what's so scary is how close he was to dying. He had five blood transfusions while in the helicopter to the hospital,' she said.

KC also revealed Blake had shoulder surgery after fractures on both sides - and also broke multiple ribs, suffered two punctured lungs and had a haemorrhage near his liver.
Additionally, Blake was placed in an induced coma.

If that wasn't enough, he got pneumonia while in hospital and his kidneys were failing, so he had to go on to dialysis.
KC labelled her husband the 'miracle man' – and said he was determined to see Brooklyn grow into a boy from a toddler.
'Now he is doing really well. He's up walking around. He's eating. He's quite vibrant,' she said.
'He's really positive because he loves doing his physiotherapy and he's determined to get back really strong again.'
