is being sued by a woman who claims to have sustained permanent injuries when she fell down outside .
Plaintiff Kimberly Heffington claimed in her lawsuit that on August 25, 2025, she paid a visit to Hilton's $28 million Bel Air mansion.
According to her court documents, Heffington claims she fell down after one of her feet became caught in the uneven pavement, via TMZ.
Heffington is alleging that she suffered multiple injuries - some of them permanent - as a result of the purported fall, per her complaint.
She took issue with the fact no signs or traffic cones had been installed in order to inform visitors of the uneven pavement and is thus suing Hilton, 66, for negligence.
The Daily Mail has contacted Hilton's representatives for comment and has yet to hear back.

Hilton apparently held a charity fundraiser estate sale at her seven-bedroom eight-bathroom Bel Air estate on the day Heffington supposedly fell down there.
According to Heffington's lawsuit, when she tripped on the uneven pavement, she 'landed violently on the ground, causing her to suffer severe and permanent injuries, including but not limited to a complex medial meniscus tear to her right knee.'
She is suing for damages, though the amount has not been specified, and also demands to be reimbursed for her medical fees.

The legal action comes four months after the Bel Air mansion was reportedly broken into by three burglars while Hilton was away in Las Vegas for BravoCon.
Her husband Rick Hilton was home and called 911 to alert them to the presence of the home invaders, who had vanished by the time the police arrived, according to .
Kathy Hilton later said her husband fired his shotgun into the air during the break-in, warning the robbers: 'Get the f*** out of here. The police are on the way,' per Extra.
Hilton has described the Bel Air property as a 'hub' for her family, which includes her husband and their daughters Paris Hilton and Nicky Hilton, via People.
'And all my friends and my children's friends...even when the girls are out of town, their friends come and I'm the mom to them too,' the matriarch added.

The 14,980-square-foot home has been featured on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, on which Hilton appears in the recurring guest status of 'friend.'
Her sister Kyle Richards is the only Beverly Hills Housewife to have been on the show since it , and their other sister Kim Richards was also previously on the series.
She revamped the three-tiered backyard in 2021, before the venue played host to Paris' bridal shower in advance of her wedding to venture capitalist Carter Reum.
Hilton's open-plan house contains such luxuries as a library, a butler's pantry and multiple sitting rooms, according to Architectural Digest.

'My blue-and-white room reminds me of Southampton, New York. My library reminds me of New York City, in a town house or an apartment, with the dark wood,' she said.
